Safety Concerns The driver attempted to overfill the bus, trying to fit the entire group of over 120 people despite the bus not having enough seats. I personally had to intervene to ensure people were removed from the bus to avoid passengers standing in the aisles. After the fact, we learned that some guests were forced to sit on each other's laps, and the driver reportedly drove erratically to the destination causing two of our guests, who were NOT overserved, to vomit right when they got off. The safety of our guests was compromised, and the shuttle service was managed in a way that was neither professional nor responsible. Service Issues Once I managed to get people off the first shuttle and ensured the driver returned for the second trip (as per the contract/itinerary and what we paid for), the remaining guests were finally able to board. However, the second shuttle was only about 25% full, which underscores that there was no reason to overfill the first bus in such an unsafe manner. Impact on Our Event Because of these issues, my wife and I missed a significant portion of our after-party, as we had to deal with ensuring our guests were transported safely--something that should have been entirely your responsibility. Overall, your service was unprofessional and unsafe. It appeared as though the driver was trying to avoid making the required second trip by overcrowding the first shuttle, which we found unacceptable. The Result After flagging our feedback, not only did we not receive any form of compensation for the poor and unsafe service - they offered a $500 gift card for us to use them again which is wild to assume we'd use that service again.

Hiring this company was a mistake. I hired them for my wedding. Very unprofessional, straight up…read morelied to us, and did not give us what we ordered. I ordered one big bus and one small bus for my hotel guests and a small bus to transport me and my bridesmaids to the church which was ten minutes away. Apparently only one bus showed up to the hotel, and the other one got a "flat tire", then the other small bus that was supposed to pick up me (the bride) arrived 15 minute late and was a huge bus (I ordered a small bus because the narrow streets of Brooklyn where they would be driving does not allow large buses, something a bus company should know). Once on the bus the driver could barely drive down the street and went a fast 5 mph. A drive that should have been 10 minutes ended up being 35 minutes and I was 45 minutes late to my wedding. Once we got there the driver kicked me and my bridesmaid and our stuff off the bus because he "had another job" even though I hired these buses for most of the day. Then after the ceremony they sent only two large buses, when I ordered two small and one large bus to come take my guests and my wedding party to the reception. Once again I the bride was busless at my own wedding and my husband and I had to take an uber to our reception. They claimed once more that two of the buses I ordered had "flat tires". The biggest issue with all of this is no one called me to tell me any of this, only after one of my bridesmaids called did we get this information from a very rude and defensive "customer service rep". They suck hard, do not hire them, I would have been better off walking to my wedding.
