** New ** ** Delicious ** Spotted this place driving by and had to try. Walking in I really liked the decor and the over feel of the place. Menu is pretty detailed although wasn't a fan of the rotating screen, trying to read it and it changes. Place wasn't spotless but maybe they had just finished a rush. There were a few people already there when we walked in. Food was great. I had the monster platter which comes with chicken, gyros and falafel. I would definitely order again. Only annoying thing was the music was crazy loud and kept pausing and starting up again, over and over. Not a fan. read more

We have been to this Lombard IL location before. The food is good and portion sizes are big. This time the 10 of us went there for Mother's Day. Among other things, we also ordered 4 chicken Sando. The girl behind the counter was the only one working and the orders were backed up. We waited a while for our food to arrive. When the burgers arrived, my daughter came to me and told me that she has only one strip on her burger. Checked mine and the other 2 and yes, there was just a small single chicken strip in each one of them. There was no sauce. The close slaw was just dried up cabbage. When I told the girl later on, she said she had run out of the chicken. Seriously, if you had run out, you could have told us so we could change our order. Instead of serving one tiny strip in a giant burger. This was a very disappointing experience. We spent close to $200 for this food? I called the Lombard location today to speak to a manager. The same girl picked up and she didn't let me speak with a manager. She said she couldn't connect me to the manager, nor could she tell me when the manager was going to be available. She kept asking me for the nature of the feedback, took my name and number and then disconnected the line. The most frustrating part about this is lack of customer service. If it was a Panera or Starbucks or a place like that, they would have corrected the order or given us a refund. But here, I can't even get anyone to respond. We are all up for promoting the Muslim business but want to have a good experience. I have recommended your restaurant to so many friends and family members and brought my mom yesterday but she was one of the people with missing chicken in the Sando :( My kids ate the rest of the bun with just pickles and tomatoes. It's one thing that the staff member cheated, but the store is not even responding when I am trying to contact someone and provide feedback. read more

I really wanted to like NYC Halal Eats, but my experience was disappointing. I ordered the mix platter with chicken and lamb, and unfortunately the food just wasn't good. The rice was extremely salty, the lamb was overcooked, and the fries were so cold they weren't even edible. I placed my order at 11:40am and picked it up at 12:01pm, which should've been within their 20-25 minute estimate, so I expected everything to be fresh. I had high hopes for this place, but the quality just wasn't there. I'm hoping this was just an off day, but based on this visit, I wouldn't order again read more

i love their platters!! the flavors are so good in their food. i like the chicken and lamb for protein. it's well seasoned and the sauces pair very well together. also love the side of seasoned fries and salad. it's one of my favorite spots for a fast casual spot. the platter can also easily feed two people. also tried the chopped cheese, but nothing special and it was a bit heavy. usually take it to go, but they do have some seating inside and a parking lot which is nice. the wait time for food does vary depending on how busy they are, but we tend to wait at least 20ish minutes read more

Good addition to Niles area but I would wait until they are a bit settled in. Their desserts are not available yet despite being on the menu, they rung up our order incorrectly (9pc Shrimp with Fries on the Menu as $13) but charged us for 9 pc Shrimp $12 + order of fries $4 = $16 which result overcharge. Our platters should have included sauces but ALL were forgotten except little bit of white sauce and hot sauce on the platters itself. Disappointing as I was looking forward to trying the sauces. Not sure if I will be back, maybe later on. read more

Absolutely amazing!! The portions are huge, perfect for sharing multiple dishes! Super tasty and perfect temperature! I got the mixed platter with white and red sauce and a mango lemonade and it's delicious. The lemonade is home made, you can taste real fruit juice. Quality fresh ingredients! I went to the grand opening in Niles, Illinois today. I have been to the location on Devon Avenue in Chicago multiple times and they do not disappoint. I ordered the Mixed Platter (lamb and chicken) with rice and salad. Big portions and delicious. Staff was polite, and the service was very fast. Would highly recommend. The Niles location has the same beautiful mural all over the walls. Decorations and atmosphere are consistent with the other locations in Illinois. read more

Price for the monster platter was not bad, you get the amount you paid for. The lamb and sauce were actually good! Food came out quick, but maybe they should've reconsidered it. Several flaws that I'd like to point out: Service - they really don't care Food - I've never seen a platter more confusing. The falafels were pipping hot and very delicious. The fries and the meat were lukewarm. The rice underneath was nice & hot. How does this even happen?? Drink- ordered some lemonade, wish they put some ice in it. Overall, my raving for this place is as lukewarm as the lemonade they served. read more

Only customer in the restaurant during lunch time and yet they still managed to forget to pass my order to the cook in the back. After about 15 minutes the lady told the cook about the sandwich. After waiting another 15 minutes I ask about the sandwich and lady goes to talk to cook and moments later they come back out only to find my food just waiting on the table behind the counter. Didn't enjoy my cold soggy fries. Sandwich flavor was decent. read more

Yea no lol. I ordered a lamb plate and it was super salty, heavy oil, and the fries were soggy. I'm also super confused by the aromas, it had a STRONG pungent curry aroma, I dont mind curry but its not what I was expecting when ordering something more on the mediteranean/halal side of things. I just had a feeling (and it was confirmed by some of the other reviews) that this would tear me up if I finished it so I tossed it unfortunately. Couldn't get past the smell and taste. read more

My new favorite restaurant!! Great flavors, huge portions; absolutely delicious and that was an Uber Eats delivery so probably even better eating at the restaurant. Combo platter was outstanding but the cheesesteak sandwich was the best I've had in the Chicagoland area. Onion rings were huge, very crispy and stayed together when eating. The Gyro was nothing like i thought it would be not even close to what i been used to, the cheese steak didn't have enough cheese on it my partner didn't like it either we won't be back. And who puts lettuce on a gyro and no onions forget about it !!! wings were not hot, and please clean the tables when people leave the were dirty had to clean mine also good luck you will need it. read more
