Chicken plate with falafel, onions, veggies.

The restaurant was clean. The staff was extremely friendly and bilingual. They took the time to explain all the food choices to our group. They even gave us some extra sauces to try.

Naf Naf Grill was introduced to us through a Yelp Elite Experience a year ago, since then, it has become our go-to restaurant when we want/need a quick, delicious, and healthy takeout meal.  We have gotten takeouts from it countless times now, and it never disappoints!   At the Yelp experience, I got to try a Chicken Shawarma Hummus Bowl, with chopped salad (tomato, cucumber, cilantro), purple cabbage, and sumac onions as toppings. Then I picked tahini and garlic sauce on the side. Since the falafel was deep-fried, I only got one to try. However, it was crispy but not greasy, and tasted delicious.  Their falafel is made of healthy chickpeas.  It was so good that now I always order falafel as the protein!  I also always enjoy a fluffy pita bread that comes with the hummus bowl, and order a bowl of warm and tasty lentil soup to make the meal complete!   Ordering online is easy.  0rders are always ready at the time promised, and there have never been any mistakes.  The staff are friendly, the place is bright and clean, the food is healthy and tasty.  We will keep coming back!

My go-to Mediterranean quick service restaurant! This location is located in a parking lot right next to Starbucks, Chipotle and the gym. During lunch time and dinner time the parking lot really gets pretty full. However, one thing we can always rely on is the fact that the quality of food and freshness is always top notch. My go to order is a half hummus half rice bowl with chicken, chopped salad, cabbage, onions, the tahini and garlic sauce. We also can't get e-Naf of the falafels and the fries! Fun fact the fries in the garlic sauce, chef's kisses! When ordering, you build your bowl just as you would at a chipotle, however you can taste all of the incredible flavors and can tell that the items are made fresh. My favorite? The pita. The pitas are light, fluffy and pillow life. It's incredible. On top of my meal, I often purchase a 6 pack and a large side of hummus to snack on throughout the week!

The food was all fresh and delicious! I got a beef bowl with rice and all the trimmings, a pita, a bowl of lentil soup and a slice of baklava!! So yummy! The location was nice and easy to park at. Even though it was lunch time, service was speedy. Definitely worth a visit!

Wheelchair accessible door opening and seating. Their rice bowls are so flavorful and filling! Their pita is soft and fluffy! Their fries are thinly sliced and fried perfectly! Their baklava is nice and flaky without being too sweet.

It looks like every other semi fast food, but this is much better. I came in at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and they made me fresh food from scratch. I got a bowl with steak and the pita bread was fresh. My favorite place to go is Pita Inn but this is a very close second.

Chicken Schnitzel Rice and Couscous Bowl

You won't find completely authentic Mediterranean food here, but that's sort of expected from a fast food chain. We ordered a chicken schnitzel bowl with rice, couscous, purple cabbage, pickles, garlic sauce, and the s'khug sauce. It was EXTREMELY spicy, which ether disguised the meals' blandness or dominated any other seasoning that may have been in the food. I was hoping to taste more of the traditional seasoning you find in Middle Eastern cuisine, but I was left with disappointment and a burning tongue. I also personally love my bowls with some crunch to it. Biting into this bowl was too soft for my liking, even with the breaded and crusted chicken. I won't be coming back here again, but I'm glad I tried it.

For fast food this is fairly "healthy" but the amount you pay for the portion size is so bad. Just go to chipotle next door.

Only a minor wait to get a table which was a plus since we were just in the area. Wheelchair accessible access in the front is perfect considering a good amount of geriatric population live in this area. Interior is very cute with the rattan wicker lights lining the ceiling. A modern Mediterranean feel with a classy bar just past the entrance. Staff were initially very attentive, but as time went on it did seem to disappear. I believe they were short staffed and currently training a new server which is alright on its own, but getting our food took about 30 minutes. Since we ordered they had time to fill another table besides us, given time for them to look at the menu, explain a minor issue about not having rice without dill available, so they would need to make a new batch, and they confirmed that it isn't a problem to the table being served their food at the same time as us. So they had a substantially less time and they were even able to get their check to leave before we got ours. Food wasn't brought by the servers who took our orders so I'm not sure what happened. Maybe they cook the food in batches or something. Despite the the service the food was good. The portion size for the lunch special is appropriate for the price and probably the best deal. The in-house made pita is exceptional but I feel as if they don't give you enough when you order the roasted eggplant (baba ghanoush). By the time we finished the pita we still had about half the order remaining. I would have loved to ask for more bread but no one came by and our server, I think, was in the back because we didn't see her for some time. I didn't see a patio so dogs are probably not going to be able to enjoy. They are part of Lettuce Entertain You so if you're a member you can get points. Reservations can be made online. So with items being on the expensive side and service slow I probably won't be going back unless I'm in the area during lunchtime. I won't be rushing to get back anytime soon, though.

There is not a bad choice on the menu here. I always get the Lula plate. When it's described on the menu that it is cooked to perfection, I can honestly say that's not exaggeration. The mushroom, rice, pilaf and cabbage salad is always such a great combo with any of your proteins. We always give baba ganoush with the dish because we end up ordering a large hummus on the side just for leftovers at home because they're homemade. Hummus is so good and better than any other store we've ever purchased from. The combo plate is such a great choice if you're splitting amongst two people and want to get some baklava and hummus on the side or a different type of appetizer. I've since visited the Niles location several times. The food has always been consistently excellent, but unfortunately the service has never matched the quality of the kitchen. Today's visit was by far the worst. It took over 10 minutes for our server to come to the table to take our order. Throughout the meal, I had to repeatedly flag her down whenever we needed something. To make matters worse, she seemed to disappear halfway through dinner--I'm assuming she clocked out--because we had to get another server's attention just to receive basic assistance. The food, however, was fantastic. I ordered the Al Bawadi Seafood Mixed Grill, and it absolutely delivered. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. That's what makes this so frustrating. This restaurant serves some of the best Middle Eastern food in the area, but when you're paying premium prices, you expect service that matches the quality of the food. I still recommend the food without hesitation, but the consistently poor service at the Niles location is making it harder to justify returning.

What we got: Mint lemonade: 5/5. SO refreshing and delicious. Perfect sweetness and the little bit of pulp you get is great. I only wish there was more of it! Chicken arayes: 4.5/5. Crispy, cheesy, garlicky. Need I say more? Get some extra garlic on the side if you wanna take it up a notch. Fried halloumi: 4/5. These are like a soft mozzarella stick, so tasty. Definitely eat the pickles with them. Lamb chops: 4.5/5. 4 tender lamb chops seasoned beautifully. Definitely recommend the red rice over the yellow if you can handle a little bit of heat. Kanafeh: 5/5. Whoever thought that cheese, sweet syrup, phyllo, and pistachios would go together is a genius. Definitely don't leave without getting this dessert. The salt of the cheese perfectly balances out the sweetness. No notes! And get some peppermint tea to go with it too. And the portion sizes are huge! Definitely get your money's worth here. My only issue is this place is right by my job so now I'm gonna go broke getting food here all the time. But that's a problem I'd love to have!

My husband and I wanted a quick and good dinner one Sunday recently, and we picked Grill House after I read some good reviews on Yelp.  Although it's a casual, fast-food-style restaurant, the menu is surprisingly extensive, with a wide variety of healthy Greek dishes. It was definitely helpful to look over their menu online before we visited, because the menu board inside could be a bit overwhelming.  I guess I still looked quite confused when I saw 2 kiosks in front of the ordering counter.  A staff behind the counter offered to help, and I just ordered directly with him.  Later of the evening I discovered that he's the friendly owner Gus. After placing our order at the counter, we were given a table number, and our food was delivered promptly.  I ordered a Chicken Souvlaki Plate ($17.50 at the time, it's now listed online for $18), while my husband ordered a Filet Mignon Souvlaki Plate ($25.50).  Each souvlaki plate included a soup or salad, rice and potato (1 piece), a side of veggies, and pita bread in a paper bag.  It was a generous amount of food! We both chose the lentil soup, which was served piping hot in a nice ceramic bowl with a lid. It was flavorful and comforting. My chicken souvlaki was tender and juicy, never dry, and both the rice and potato were delicious. We were both impressed with the quality and value of the meal. I ordered a lemonade, which is considered a fountain drink ($4.00) and comes with free refills, though I couldn't even finish my first glass. My husband would have ordered a glass of wine if we hadn't had plans afterward, so we were happy to see that Grill House also serves beer and wine for a future visit. The service was another highlight. Everyone was warm and welcoming; a special shout-out to Kevin, who was very attentive and checked in on us several times.  When I was taking photos around the restaurant, the owner Gus greeted me again, which was a nice personal touch. The restaurant itself was bright, clean, and inviting. There's also a pleasant patio for those who prefer to dine outdoors. We will definitely be back to try more dishes from their extensive menu.  I am glad that we finally gave Grill House a try!
