I cannot say enough good things about Ron! From start to finish, working with him has truly been a pleasure . Ron installed a ceiling projector and whopping 100-inch screen at our old office, and when we moved offices I called him (never having spoken to him before) and within a couple days, he came by, uninstalled the projector, and immediately transported it to our new office. He also took the time to look around our office and offer us his professional advice on where to put the projector, which was a huge help in deciding where to put it ultimately. Communicative, kind, and thorough, Ron broke down the quote he gave me so that I understood exactly how much we were paying for each part of the project (which is super helpful when you don't know much about AV!) Furthermore, he was incredibly patient with us, as we postponed the installation of the projector at our new office to later than when we had originally agreed on. As soon as I reached out to him again, he was ready to pick up where we left off! As well as being incredibly professional and knowledgable about the work he does, Ron is personable and trustworthy, and truly cares about the quality of his work. You can guarantee that he will keep working until he's satisfied with the end product--our projector looks amazing, and he even mounted the remotes for the screen and projector on the wall for us without us asking! First, the negative review that I see on here is totally out of character for Ron. Having spent a good hour with him while he was installing my TV, I do not see him being careless or as it says "running away", he is a very nice guy who takes what he does with conviction and pride. Ron was very professional, and did a wonderful job hanging my TV. He was very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator with ETA, and status updates. He gave me great suggestions for set up and ways that I can further enhance my hidden wire options... He did not leave until I was 100% happy and everything was perfect. Ron came to our place to help fix a previously disastrous TV mounting job above our brick fireplace. He took his time, explained what he was doing and why, and even demonstrated the strength of the mount he was using to ensure the TV would be secure in the brick.
