Nyle is a pile and his employees are crooks!! $6000 worth of repairs and these folks are claiming that the oil horrendously leaking from my vehicle only after 50 miles from leaving their dealership is not their fault!! I conduct business from this vehicle and have suffered loss wages, as well as unnecessary other expenses, having to get towed etc. Save your hard, earned money and shop at leif Johnson!!

Steve Callison sold us a truck here on Black Friday weekend and he was great! Wasn't pushy and answered all of my questions (and I had ALOT). He gave us the best deal he could in the price range I wanted. Definitely recommend him and would come again! Worry free warranty is pretty awesome too!

So much trouble trying to get a reply for a email. I've emailed them twice and the employee refuses to reply to my emails.

I brought my 2026 Ram 2500 diesel in because the rear ParkSense system suddenly started falsely detecting an object directly behind the truck every time I put it in reverse. The truck immediately beeps and shows an obstacle in the center even when nothing is there. The dealership insisted my receiver hitch was causing the problem. That explanation never made sense because I have owned this truck since November 6th of last year with the exact same hitch setup and had never experienced this issue until recently. The hitch also flips underneath the truck and is not even visible when stored. I repeatedly explained this to Louise, the service director, and even suggested a simple test: install a similar hitch on another new Ram truck to see whether the issue could be recreated. Instead of testing their theory, the dealership continued insisting the hitch was the problem. After picking my truck up, I removed the hitch myself and recorded a video clearly showing that the exact same ParkSense problem still exists even with the hitch completely removed. I sent the video directly to Louise, and I still have not received a response. At that point, rather than acknowledging the possibility of a faulty sensor, moisture intrusion, software issue, or an incomplete diagnosis, I was essentially told to lose their number and take my vehicle somewhere else because they did not want to continue discussing the issue. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership over the years. I previously removed another negative review after Louise helped resolve a separate issue following the sale of this truck. I genuinely gave this dealership another opportunity because of that prior experience. Unfortunately, this situation was handled very differently. Instead of receiving a professional diagnosis and reasonable customer service, I was dismissed, blamed for the issue, and ultimately forced to seek service elsewhere after proving their original diagnosis was incorrect. I expected significantly better treatment and professionalism from a dealership that has earned this much of my business over the years. After this experience, I will not be returning.

I've bought three cars from Round Rock Nissan and have not been happy. However, I am disappointed with something that happened in the service of my vehicles. I brought in two Nissan Rogues one a 2021 with 65,000 miles and one a 2022 with 30,000. They serviced the older first. I received input of things that needed to be done including the brake fluid changed because it was dark in color. Given the color I went ahead and changed it. However, I was surprised and dismayed when the exact same thing was said of my newer vehicle. I feel like I was scammed and this is just something your techs say of the cars. While possible, it is highly unlikely that both had this given the mileage. This makes me distrust their service department and feel taken advantage of. That's a shame as I live near them. There should not be a common statement such as this on cars. I might have shifted my service to them all but with this I am questioning it. So be careful if using them for service.

I don't normally leave a review like this while a repair is still ongoing, but the dealership's…read moreresponse has been bad enough that I think prospective customers should know about it. Our 2024 Nissan Rogue suffered a catastrophic engine failure at approximately 35,000 miles. Group 1 Nissan Cedar Park has had it since August 10 and determined that the complete long block needs to be replaced under warranty. It's now August 26. The engine is backordered with no ETA, and this is our household's only vehicle. I asked the dealership for help with transportation. I was told there are 12 customers waiting for loaners and that other customers are currently waiting for the same replacement engine I am. The alternative offered was for me to pay for an open-ended rental myself and then file a claim with Nissan afterward, with no guarantee I'd actually be reimbursed. So I escalated the issue to the General Manager. What happened next honestly floored me: a sales manager called and asked if I wanted to trade the Rogue in and buy another vehicle. I explained that after spending roughly $45,000 on a two-year-old Nissan that needs an entire engine at 35,000 miles, I no longer trusted Nissan enough to buy another one. He kept selling. I was told the 2026 models don't have the same engine problem. Think about that for a moment. I'm trying to figure out how my family is going to have transportation while our two-year-old Nissan sits at their dealership indefinitely waiting for an engine, and the response to my escalation is an attempt to sell me another Nissan. I'm not a sales lead. I'm the customer you already have. I understand that the dealership didn't manufacture the engine, and I understand that they can't magically make a backordered engine appear. What they can control is how they take care of a customer when something like this happens. So far, they haven't. I'll update this review when this is resolved, for better or worse.

Back in 2010, I wrote, "To be honest, I would rather have a tooth pulled than deal with a used car salesman." Well, at Apple, there is no tooth pulling! There's no high-pressure sales approach here. Every vehicle on their lot is high-end, clean, and mechanically sound. They offer fair trade-in values, include a free drivetrain warranty, and provide a very reasonably priced extended warranty plan. Best of all, they don't tack on any of those unnecessary add-ons you often see at other dealerships. On this most recent visit, I worked with Corey (sales) and Mike (sales manager), and it was by far the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. I received a very fair offer for my trade-in and even secured a loan rate better than what my credit union offered, which surprised me. Bailey (finance) made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free, and she offered an extended warranty at a price I felt was more than fair. Pro tip: Check out their inventory, but be aware it tends to move quickly, so contact them online to verify that the new-to-you vehicle is still available.

After taking my car two BMW for a new battery and they recommended 2 services that was roughly $3700 and also told me that although due to changing the battery I needed to get it programmed and that it would cost an additional $550. And advised me that I can pay it and they could do it but it could cause a bigger problem that would cost me $3500 if so. I told them just change the battery and took it straight to Apple Imports. I don't want to butcher the service guy name it's Aaron or Erin. But he's a genius! He knew exactly who I was every time i called, kept me updated on everything that they did, and even figured out the programming that BMW apparently screwed up! And didn't charge me anything additional! His genuine care to get my car fixed was amazing to me! I highly recommend this place to anyone. I haven't had any interaction with anyone else other than Aaron/Erin, but I can say he's awesome! And his customer service is phenomenal! From the moment I found the exact make and model I was dreaming of on their website, I knew I had to act fast. Calling them up, I was immediately greeted by Duane, whose friendliness and personable approach instantly put me at ease. This being my first time buying from a dealership, I had my reservations, but Duane made the entire process feel straightforward and honest. What heightened my sense of urgency was hearing through the grapevine that someone else was interested in the same vehicle but wasn't ready to make the purchase. Knowing this, I felt an immediate push to secure the vehicle that very day. This sense of competition added an extra layer of excitement and determination to my car buying journey. The excitement to see the car in person drove me to make a 40-minute trip north, and it was worth every second. Upon arrival, my decision was cemented - I had to have that car that day. What impressed me the most was the transparency with which Duane presented my financing options, a refreshing change from the usual sales tactics. During the inevitable wait for bank feedback, Janie's thoughtfulness in offering snacks and water was a small but significant gesture that made the experience more comfortable. Then, Juan took over to discuss the next steps, insurance, and warranty details with such clarity and openness, it reassured me I was making the right decision. Despite the dealership nearing closing time, and my needing to manage logistical hurdles to drop off my mom's car and return, Janie and Juan assured me they'd wait, no matter how long it took. This level of commitment and understanding from a dealership was unexpected and deeply appreciated. My mom, too, was delighted by the kindness and professionalism shown by Janie over the phone. Finalizing the paperwork was smooth, filled with friendly banter and laughter with Juan, marking a perfect end to the day. I can't express enough gratitude towards Apple Leasing for their genuine approach, making sure their customers are not only satisfied but also well-informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Their willingness to go the extra mile, ensuring we didn't have to juggle multiple cars home, was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience. This was by far the most comfortable and reassuring dealership experience I've ever had. It's why I've never made a purchase until now, as most dealerships in the past seemed shady. I highly recommend Apple Lease Returns to anyone looking for a seamless, honest car buying journey. I'm over the moon with my Q50 and only wish I could personally thank everyone at the dealership one more time for their incredible service and support.
