Today I arrived at 10:03am, and by the time I worked my way up to the counter, at 10:10 am I was told I would need to come back in an hour to see Lana since she was already with a client. This is common and fine, especially if you have a preferred tech. So, I was more than happy to return. I returned under an hour later at 11:05am and was told she was already with someone else and I mentioned I was back in less than an hour later. That's when the receptionist could have cared less. She stated she didn't tell me that, and that it was someone else, which it was. The lack of communication and care clearly relayed we don't want your business, or you can just keep trying. The dismissive attitude was clear. So, time to move on. What a shame. I have come here for years and now none of that matters.

She noticed I wasnt having a good day. It was very kind of her to be concerned. She did a good job on my service with correction, but a couple of things were not done that well. The building looked nice and clean. I used the restroom. 2 things stood out. #1 My pet peeve in ladies restroom, no hook for our purses! #2 spiders of all shapes and sizes were in cobwebs in there.
