Recently the dealership told me that I needed a front brake job and only had about 3 days on my current pads. Their estimate seemed excessive to me so I passed on the repair for now. Took it to Brake Solutions and they found all the brakes were in good shape and the front pads still had about 15,000 miles on them. Austin would not charge me. On top of that their estimate, if I would have needed the work, was more than half the price that the dealership quoted me. I'm now getting quotes from them for the other work the dealership felt I needed. Go see them. Friendly, honest, and reasonably priced. Thanks Brake Solutions!

They strongly urged me not to wait and said I should come back as soon as possible. Concerned for my safety, I even took time off work to have my brakes checked. Wanting a second opinion, I went to Brake Solutions. Even after knowing what the other shop had told me, they performed an honest inspection and informed me that my brakes still have an estimated 30,000 miles of life remaining. They could have easily sold me a brake job I didn't need, but instead they chose honesty and integrity. Their professionalism, transparency, and ethical business practices have earned my complete trust. I was especially grateful because I simply wasn't in a position to spend $1,000 on unnecessary repairs. In today's world, finding a shop that puts customers before profits is rare.
