She was even able to trim his nails and he usually doesn't like his paws touched! There is no greeting, nothing. I understand they are busy, but a simple, "Hello someone will be with you shortly." Is simple. Every time I walked into this establishment, I would say hello after going unnoticed. The owner or manager (the one that does the coloring) has looked up at me on several occasions and continued working. There was no hold on, someone will be with you, no smile, nothing. It just doesn't make you feel welcomed there. I give stellar customer service because I appreciate every customer that walks in my establishment. When someone finally comes to the counter, you're rushed. They charge if you're 15 minutes late, but they don't even work on your pet until hours after your appt. I will be finding another groomer that actually welcomes their customers and show their love for your pets.

I have been coming to Aunt Donna monthly for Shadow now more than 2 years since the groomer at Petsmart dropped from dog from the grinning table and I am very happy with their service. No complain here I love my baby and I make sure they are skilled and gentle with him. They are always booked for the day so call ahead of time.

I've gone other places and they wanna charge me way more OR it's cheaper but the haircut is horrible. If you're looking for an amazing groomer I recommend coming here. They actually care about your babies and do an amazing job with the haircut!
