I believe I saw their offer on Facebook ad, so I decided to hop on over. First off, there wasn't really much of a line on a Wednesday afternoon. The attendant was very prompt with scanning my barcode, and directly handed me two free items. And this was by far the easiest and fastest car wash service I've been to at the moment. It was past 4 PM so it was getting a bit dark. That might have also been the reason why my car wasn't fully dry at the end. They did have signs that they have gloves, but I'm not sure if you have to pay for them or not. Thankfully, I always have my own. So, before I vacuumed, I made sure to wipe everything down with my microfiber towels. And obviously the bottom was more wet with droplets. It wasn't such a big deal, but I did notice some smudges that hadn't been there before. Also, it didn't quite pick up a few of the bug remains, but not a big deal. However, they didn't have any time limits (that I noticed) for the vacuum machine machines, and they had pretty decent suction power, compared to the other places I've been to. The downside is that the tubes aren't long enough so you're gonna have to keep your car doors open and snake it through. Overall, it was a pleasant car wash. I did leave a bit in a hurry though because there was a homeless man digging through the trash for recyclables right next to me, and he made it seem like I was inconveniencing him. Definitely the worst car wash in the area. This is my last stop in testing all of them around me (2020 rav4) and boy was this last by a good margin. My car still had soapy water all over it when done. Not just water- actual soap. I had to quickly clean it and there's still streaks, so I'll probably have to go elsewhere again to prevent damage to the paint. The car wash also didn't get many areas of the car- my bumpers are still completely dirty. Wheels weren't even wet. They also have a blatant "no rewash" policy even if the wash doesn't get sections of dirt or bugs off the car, they won't rewash it. I see it as an admission their wash isn't up to par with modern washes- heck even the arco across the way does a better job at a fraction of the price. Well at least there are vacuums right? Well, they don't have a lot of suction... and the nozzle on the first stall I went to had broken off. I ended up using my vacuum at home. I got this for free for some promotional ad they're running, so this experience was apparently their top tier. I would hate to see what their base wash is. The quality of the car wash seems to have gone since opening which is a bit disappointing. I opted for the $10 wash not expecting a high-quality car detail wash but I also didn't expect to have my driver-side mirror broken off. I followed along the route that the worker was directing me but by the time I was near the end of the wash I noticed my mirror broken off, I'm not sure whether it was the machines being too close or what the reason was. When I got out of the wash to the vacuum stations I noticed the vacuum was only available on the driver's side, not the passenger side, and my vacuum would barely reach the passenger side. The outside of my vehicle was still clearly dirty, I had a bag of car detailing items I brought from home which I used normally to dry off the access water but ended up wiping off the dirt, cobwebs, etc. I just don't recommend it unless they're able to make adjustments to their equipment. read more

I had a subscription here so I'd come often and one day they directed me in wrong and before I exited I felt my car shake and it bounced. By the time I was out my bumper came off, my fog light cover popped off and my lip got cracked. Obviously they weren't going to cover damages so I just cancelled my subscription. I used to come to this carwash all the time when I had my truck and decided to try this one with my newer car. Since I had a bad experience as H2Go in Cypress I thought, lets see if the manager who emailed me was right or wrong in saying I expected too much of a drive thru wash. Well, this location did a much better job that that. I always do the best wash here and today was no different. I got the cherry scent wafer and wish they had Lemon like they used too. It is a few years old but the wash just as good as always and did a pretty darn good job on my car. I had no spots that I could see as their air dryers took care of them and took off the entire layer of dirt. It was nice to see that my tires were clean and bright but I do think there is something lacking here. The driveway to get into the wash is between the vacuums which is a very tight fit for any car. I usually dont vacuum here unless I really need to because I have seen a few minor accidents here and dont want to risk someone hitting my car or meeting hitting the cement block that the vacuum is on. read more

I generally like to wash my own cars. I visited my Wldwater Express place last weekend to get a wash done on one of my cars. I used to come here often when i lived in Cypress. So since i was in the area, i stopped and got it washed. Place is not expensive at all. You get a full blown carwash and all . People are nice here. I tip them real well. A decent place for a quick car wash. I have a black car that gets really dirty every few days because of the dust and dirt accumulating because of my long commute. I come here for a quick wash when my car is looking really gross. It does its job. I get a almost 90% clean car at the end. I get the $8 wash and it comes with a air freshener. I like the clean car smell freshener. For the price, it is decent. They sell $2 wash cloth towels and I usually buy one to finish up the job/dry the rest of my car. I love how your wash also comes with access to their vacuums. The vacuum access alone is also worth the wash. A lot of dirt/dust accumulates at the bottom of my seats from passengers and I love to remove the dirt with the vacuums. read more

However, the vacuums and location of where you park for this free service is not the greatest. You can always find someone digging through the trash can next to vacuums. Fantastic place to go if you just need a quick car wash. Located near Knotts Berry Farm on the corner of Knott and La Palma. A co-worker told me about this place and I decided to check it out. It's one of those automated conveyor belt systems where you stay inside your car. You get to watch the soap and water squirt you as you get pulled through - woohooo! They also hand you an oversized heavy-duty wet nap to clean your dash. The basic wash was $5. (note: now it's $6.) and took less than 5 minutes. My usual car wash costs a little over double that (plus tip to the guys who wipe it down) and I can expect to wait at least 30 minutes. Of course with this car wash you either have to wipe it down yourself or go for the "air dry" method. But they do have free vacuums to use after your wash. I have to admit my car looked just as good going through this automated car wash as it does when I go to my hand-job car wash. As I have a car that's got a few years on it and plenty of parking lot dings (the price one pays for working in Cerritos), meaning that I am not demanding perfection, I think I am going to find myself coming here often when my car gets dirty. read more

The prices range from $4 (basic) up to $10 for the premium wash including wheels and color coat protection. Unlike the other Express Car Wash I use where you select your option and pay through a machine (that is hard to read and oftentimes has a card reader that isn't working), Wildwater has an actual attendant who handles the transaction at a small booth for you (cash or card). The attendant is helpful and they even offer small little bonuses at no extra charge here such as wipes for your steering wheel and dashboard and even a couple of air freshener wafers to place under your seat (assorted scents), which is something not offered at other car washes like this I have visited. The process itself is quick and takes less than 5 minutes to go through the wash once inside and the high pressure drying at the end did a pretty good job of ensuring that you don't leave with a dripping car (although not as good as a hand dry for sure and you are bound to have those hard to dry areas). Vacuums are also offered free to car wash customers although I saw numerous people drive in simply to use the vacuum and no desire to pay for a wash so this may be something they want to better refine as the actual paying customers had no available vacuums with which to use. I went the morning of 4th of July because I had 4 bird poops on the side of my vehicle and I wanted it clean so the firework residue would come off easier. When I was in line ready to pay, the girl said the car wash wouldn't clean off the bird stuff and I could get a wash but it wouldn't be clean. Umm ok- why would I get a Carwash here then? I was at the car wash on 10/24/2019 to do the $12 luxury auto carwash package and i was led to the entrance to get my car washed. Rear ended twice the machine malfunctioned and cause the car behind me to rear end me twice. First of all, they should not have let the other car come in until i am done, second i was still on drying with neutral gear they let the machine roll and get rear ended. So before i get another hit i tried to exit but it wont work since machine keep trying to move forward and roll back instead. So after few tries i was able to exit and pulled over to the vacuum area and went over to the staff. They said the guy in there didnt see whats going on so they couldn't put a stop and later they did. And they will review the cam and get back to me. BEWARE Use at your Own Risk. SHAME ON YOU. Your equipment damaged our car and you refused to make it right. Something went wrong after we entered the wash and They made US stop and reverse. When we tried to refuse we were told that we had to backup. Our car was covered in soap so we couldn't see what was going on. We knew there was a problem when the attendant slammed his hand on our drivers window and yelled something. We didn't hit anything and we have used this car wash since it was built with no issues. After the soap dripped off our windshield We saw the car in front of us stopped and the attendant was checking their car. The equipment damaged our wheel and dented our fender and door. We told the attendant that we were not comfortable with backing up and he could have cared less. We asked for a damage claim form and was told they are not liable for any damage. My daughter is elementary school teacher in a nearby district and trust me teachers are not rich. Now she has to come up with money right before Christmas. This neglect and lack of responsibility affects more than the car. Especially when you have to have your car repaired right before your children's Christmas.
