I'm genuinely surprised by the poor reviews for O'Harmony on yelp. I sold my house with them recently and am currently renting a property from them and thus far, I only have positive things to say about my experience. From the start the entire O'Harmony team has given excellent and prompt service. Our realtor, Ramon, and explained the selling process and current housing market clearly and succinctly and any further questions we had concerning our house and prospective buyers were always answered promptly. He or a member of his team were always just a phone call away. Our house ended up selling quickly and easily for a decent price. When it came to renting, O'Harmony stepped up to the plate as well. Our rental agent Tess was always available and she answered all our questions with ease, speed, and professionalism. She really took our renting requirments and concerns to heart. We ultimately decided on a property managed by O'Harmony (we never felt pressured into it btw, the property is genuinely the best match for our current budget and needs) and the team at O'Harmony walked us through the entire leasing process by hand and any concerns we had about the rental agreement or property itself were addressed immediately - including repairs. The repairman who worked on our rental was also fast, efficient, and good. I was honestly surprised at the speed and quality of work he did. He replaced two sinks, a tub faucet, a sink faucet, an AC thermostat, and fixed up a hole in about a day. I'm really flummoxed that some people have had repair issues with them, all the stuff he replaced and did works great at our place. I'll admit though that we're still pretty early in our lease so it may be possible that problems will pop up in the future (and I'll update if that's the case), but given the speed and quality of service that we've recieved thus far, I'd wholeheartedly recommend O'Harmony to anyone with real estate or housing needs. read more

We were lied to by JP (the office manager) and Mr.Wu (a real estate agent) and we were falsely lead to believe that a property would be ours upon a passing credit check. Instead, they used an AI credit check system which drastically dropped my credit score so that they could ask for more money than what was initially stated. Furthermore, this AI credit check system is not even affiliated with the three credit bureaus. After attempting to extort more money out of me, the property owner up and decided to not proceed with my application. Apparently, the real estate agent we were in contact with claimed that the property owner wanted more money than my allowed voucher amount. Mind you, everything was good to go until I refused to be scammed. This let down was extremely hard and only added more stress to an already stressful situation being that we were just displaced due to mold at a previous residence in which we were forced to move from. The landlord, Reda Guden had full knowledge that her property was infested with mold and did not disclose this information prior to move in. She failed to remediate as demanded by Southern Nevada Housing Authority so the property was abaited (deemed unhabitable). This devastation forced us to evacuate and caused us major financial distress. Further more I lost my job and all sense of stability. Keep in mind my credit is in great standing and I am an HCV recipient. I already have limited income and my voucher amount is a set amount. Mr. Wu stated my voucher amount was fine initially and as long as I have no criminal history I would be okay. Once they ran my credit through AI, they felt as though they could extort me because AI dropped my credit score dramatically as previously stated. They kept all fees I paid to them and were extremely rude claiming that I was blackmailing and harassing them by asking for a refune. Stay away from this company. read more

With O' Harmony Realty Management I can always have a peace of mind to manage my properties all these years ;) Because of my crazy schedule, this past weekend I did my tax return at the last minute and Michelle was able to put my RUSH requests on top of everything. She found all my missing invoices and emailed me in no time for my tax filing on 4/15. Phew! Done! What a relief! Thank you! You are my angel;) So now I am happy and writing this review... Their online accounting software is also quite efficient and convenient to use. I can see my properties' financial statements at my fingertips 24/7. Karen is my superb property manager. She takes care of my rental homes and gives me suggestions on when to adjust the rent, what need to be fixed/remodeled. It was a BIG job (whole house window replacement on one of my properties) last year that Karen had personally run to the supplier several times in hot scorching summer afternoon to order the materials for me, and also got me a good contractor; therefore, job was done on time and she saved me so much on installation cost. How wonderful! I am smiling from ear to ear! Beside the above mentioned deed, Karen is an extraordinary broker/purchasing agent. She constantly keeps me updated on the real estate market news/trends from time to time. By her fantastic skill to deal with the selling agent, last year I also acquired an additional property at 10k less than the original listing price!! Who else can you ask for to do business with?! I have lived in Las Vegas since 1999 and have had my share of ups and downs. My son was previously a victim of violence. He was in the ICU trauma for weeks and many months of rehabilitation. I was unable to work and my landlord was not willing to work with me. I've dealt with slum landlords. I've lived in nice houses, but there were times when I had to deal with no AC for weeks in this Vegas heat. Needless to say, years went by and I moved on, still having the thought in the back of my mind that every landlord is the same, until I began to rent from O'harmony Realty. This is the best Real Estate Company I have ever dealt with. The staff is very friendly and understanding. Especially Michelle. She always goes above and beyond. When there are repairs to be done, she is on it immediately, always following up to make sure everything is ok. After bouncing around the country for years with the military, O'Harmony is by far the best experience I've had. I've leased with O'Harmony for two years now. They are one of the most professional landlord/tenant services I have experienced. I've had several issues which just comes from leasing an older home, including A/C out, electrical, they replaced the stove, plumbing (wear I backed up the sink), and every requested maintenance issue has been resolved quickly and promptly. Sometimes within the same day. They have a computer system you can upload and monitor your requests in which makes things super helpful because I can take pictures from my phone and upload them easily. HOAs are 'active' where I live and I've even caught a few violations. O'Harmony worked with me, instead of just threating (like other landlords), and I got the violations taken care of promptly without being fined by the HOA. I highly recommend O'Harmony. read more

I was pressed for time to find a place to rent and Johnny Paganelli made time the same day I called to look at a rental. He was very thorough in explaining what I needed to do and again he made time for me on a holiday to collect all the documentation and was quick to expedite things. He was understanding about my situation--the timeline. I signed the lease that day, got the keys, After I moved in, there was a couple of things that needed to be taken care in the unit and he was very helpful and prompt to answer my texts. He also gave me info about where I would enjoy a good restaurant and secret beach hideaway here in Vegas, being I was from Hawaii, land of beautiful beaches. O'Harmony Realty is one of the worst property management companies in Vegas. I am currently one of their tenants and they continuously neglect to correspond to multiple emergency request that we've submitted. We have been without AC for over a week, and part of our home does not have power due to an electrical issue. The emergency line goes straight to voicemail and no one ever answers. As not only a resident of one of their properties, I am also a licensed real estate agent in Nevada. Their lack of professionalism, due diligence and basic customer service correspondence is astounding and I will be filling a complaint at the Nevada Real Estate Division as well as the Better Business Bureau. O'Harmony is my property manager for 6 years. During the years, I never got any complain from my tenants. They did a good job in responding to the repair needs from my tenants, and the repair costs were reasonable, repair works were in good quality and finished without delay. MIchelle is the key to well-done repairs. They put in new garage doors with new paint, new stove, new water heater (during pandemic winter, no delays), etc. When a tenant moves out, they quickly find another qualified tenant with higher rent.
