We visited while in town from Florida seeing family, and two locals in our group specifically recommended it. Even they commented that service was unusually slow that morning and apologized on behalf of the restaurant because apparently this wasn't the norm. It took about 10 minutes for someone to greet us and take drink orders, and probably another 30 minutes for food to arrive. Thankfully, the staff was very friendly throughout the experience. The food itself was delicious. The pancakes were massive -- literally the size of an adult's head -- fluffy, sweet, buttery, and almost tasted lightly fried around the edges in the best possible way with that little bit of crisp texture. Eggs were cooked perfectly, and I appreciated that the bacon was clearly made to each person's preference since some in our group ordered extra crispy while others preferred traditional-style bacon.
