It was almost a cross between a CT and ME style because it still had a very light mayo base, but was then coated it warm butter as too. The combination worked perfectly and I would say it's better than some of the lobster rolls I just recently had in Boston. We started with the Fig & Brie melt and it was stellar as well. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the warm brie was served on top of a blueberry compote in a mini cast iron skillet. The they surrounded it with sliced baguette pieces to dip. When you walk in the store design is clean, spacious and everything is laid out in an easy-to-find way. The sales associate was stocking wine when I walked in, but got off the ladder to come talk to me. She told me about the history of the store and how they source a lot of the local beverage offerings. She took the time to listen to what each member of my family liked to help me choose three options that would work for us - even a non-alcoholic option for my teenager. Everybody wins.
