First of all I wanna say thank you to the associate who helped me out! I was having an issue locating some parts I needed about week ago! Mind you these were miscellaneous items and pretty time consuming to locate all while the store had other customers waiting as well. She was hyper-focused and determined to make sure I had what I needed. While helping me she still took the time to make sure other customers were acknowledged and answered questions. She apologized profusely for the delays when ever she would get stopped by other customers, nonetheless she kept on locating my parts and made sure I had my order completed. Stopped by to purchase a couple of items for my car. I walked in, and noticed a sales associate (Abraham) walking towards the rear of the store. Once I picked up what I needed, I headed towards the register. As I was standing right in front of the computer waiting to pay, I noticed a female associate with bright pink hair walk out from the rear of the store. As she walked towards my direction, I smiled, and assumed she would assist me with my purchase. Nope! She walked right by, and DID NOT acknowledge me. She went in one of the sections behind the desk, and walked back out. And again, passed by without saying a word. By this time, I noticed Abraham walking in my direction, and from a distance stated he would be right with me. He then approached me, and greeted me with a smile, followed with a smooth purchase. I was not expecting assistance from the female but a greeting or acknowledgment would have been nice. I Don't think I will be returning to this location for that reason. Customer Service is big for me, and that was missing from that female employee. I'm sure Abraham noticed because he looked a bit confused as she walked right by me. Great job Abraham. Don't go here. I needed a battery boost as I let the car sit too long. I brought it in because I couldn't find my trickle charger or a pair of jumper cables. The night shift crew told me to come back in half an hour. I did and the little guy told me the battery has a bad a cell and the battery is bad. I knew he was lying. I said give me my battery. Then the other guy said I could give you a price on a comparable battery. I said no thanks. I trickle charged it once I found my charger let it sit a week. Put it in started right up. Have had zero problems with it. They lie cause they have to pay the rent to get a pay check. Zero stars if I could. read more

This place is great now, they used to have a REAL know-it-all kind of lady, but she hasn't been there the last few times I've visited. Sometimes they are packed and the wait can be long for some help at the counter. Everyone there is helpful, especially the young lady that hooked me up with a foot of fuel hose for something like $0.07! I only shop here for parts that I need immediately, or when a rebate or sale makes them considerably cheaper than other options. As such, I have no problems with their pricing on items, which can be ridiculous. Great service! Recently got a car battery from them. They tested to make it was bad and had my new battery in soon after. Very friendly employees and very helpful. They helped me right away. I went in 30 minutes before they close and didn't feel rushed at all. The fact that they provided great service really helped relieve some stress. I have also rented tool from them in the past and have had good experiences with that too. read more

Everytime my family's car battery's die we have come to this shop to have them recharge them. We have brought about 5 battery's in the time that they've been at that location and every single time they tell us that our battery is no good. The first few times we had no other choice but to believe them. Fine. Took another battery after that and they said the same thing. Now they're going to tell me that 4 of those battery's that We have brought over to be recharged are no good and suggest that I purchase one of THEIR battery's. Bullshit. We purchased a battery two weeks ago, but it died after the car broke down. We took the basically brand new battery thinking there is no way they could possibly say it was shot. To our surprise, they suggested we purchase another one because it was no good anymore. We knew it was good so we took it to the autozone and they said it was basically brand new too and charged it no problem. So what's the problem at this fucking twisted shop. Never going back there EVER. this place is a waste of time and the employees either don't have a fucking clue what their talking about OR they just want to screw you over. Whatever it may be it's bullshit. Never go here unless you want to get tricked into buying something you DO NOT NEED. read more

Terrible experience here. Ordered a part on saturday, they say it will be here Sunday. I try to get the part on Sunday, but the guy that ordered messed up, so they tell me to check tuesday.
