I had been sent to this location after the Beaumont location could not check my battery due to their device not being charged. The employee, an older man, said they could not remove the battery cover due to liability. He was still able to access the battery to check it and confirmed we needed a new battery. so my older son purchased a battery while I stayed in the car with my smaller children. my son asked "if I remove the cover, will you replace it for me?" And was told they would like the signs advertise. He then asked to borrow a screwdriver, but the employee told him they don't have a screwdriver to lend. My son went to buy a screwdriver next door and removed the cover and went inside to ask for assistance. The employee still stated he could not install it, so my son asked for other tools to borrow in replace the battery himself and the older man gave him a tools box. When he opened it; there was a screwdriver in it! My son was able to look up a video on YouTube and replace it himself. While he was capable of replacing this, I am so upset that we were refused this service. We always get our batteries replaced in Arizona without issue and the employees are always willing to help. I have filed a complaint with corporate and have yet to hear back. Why were we denied this service when it is advertised on signage? I hope no one else has to deal with such a frustrating experience. Poor customer service and communication.

Many salespeople don't take that extra step anymore, so thank you, Steven, for your time and dedication. I also want to recognize the finance department. Megan made our experience just as enjoyable. We originally had a different finance company, and I mentioned I was hoping to go through GMC instead. Just so you know I have tried for multiple days trying to reach a general manager and or service director and they bounce my calls around and tell me no one is available. I gave them a chance to stand in front of this and they didn't. I came up here with my mother as she was having work done on her vehicle. The service department claimed the brakes on my mom's car were bad and needed replaced..There were no pictures other then they were bad. I questioned this service tech and he stood behind that. So I took this vehicle to a AAA Authorized Auto Shop and it turns out the brakes had 70% or more pad left.. Pictures of the pads included with review.. I would hate to feel had I not been there with my mother that she would have been taken advantage of had someone who actually knows a bit about cars wasn't there.. I don't like leaving reviews like this, but people come to your business in good faith to get repairs and you embellish or lie about what actually needs to be done.. Instead of going the extra mile to earn trust and show proof and transparency that the work actually needs to be done..

( the guy was at lunch ) we then return to the store , my grandson goes in the store to request his refund . The guy tells him it will have to be on a debit card. He said that was fine. Then the goes to the back of the store and says if the part is defective , my grandson goes cannot get his money back and has to wait for the manager who won't be in until Monday . We were roasting by the time we reached Banning, so we got off on the main road and drove through town looking for a repair shop and found Famous Tire Company. The staff that worked there were super friendly and offered us water and immediately set to figuring out what was wrong. Turns out it was something that couldn't be fixed immediately, but our freon was low so they refilled it. And they only charged us $45! We were super grateful and we highly recommend this team of great guys!

The gal who change my oil came to tell me they didn't have one kind but they had another was that OK. Carter I believe his name was who checked me out was also very pleasant.
