Chris promised to build my lights and ship them out for several months and never did. Finally I requested a refund and he promised he would send it. Over the next several months he refused to answer phone calls and texts. Occasionally I would get an apologetic email response promising to refund the deposit and giving me the life sob story. Fast forward a few years, I still have not received a penny back or the headlights that were ordered. Also, be aware that Chris Darafeev is using new customer deposits to pay back refunds. Every time I have been promised a refund, Chris Darafeev has mentioned that he is just waiting for new customers to send deposits so he can refund me. Fraud?

Just so you know I have tried for multiple days trying to reach a general manager and or service director and they bounce my calls around and tell me no one is available. I gave them a chance to stand in front of this and they didn't. I came up here with my mother as she was having work done on her vehicle. The service department claimed the brakes on my mom's car were bad and needed replaced..There were no pictures other then they were bad. I questioned this service tech and he stood behind that. So I took this vehicle to a AAA Authorized Auto Shop and it turns out the brakes had 70% or more pad left.. Pictures of the pads included with review.. I would hate to feel had I not been there with my mother that she would have been taken advantage of had someone who actually knows a bit about cars wasn't there.. I don't like leaving reviews like this, but people come to your business in good faith to get repairs and you embellish or lie about what actually needs to be done.. Instead of going the extra mile to earn trust and show proof and transparency that the work actually needs to be done..
