Honestly Samuel the young guy working there seems mad and annoyed to work there. I went for a warranty exchange and he kept giving me every excuse not to help me. I asked please cause I didn't know how that I would give him a tip and he just kept insisting that he didn't help out anyone and his tone was just super rude and stand offish. I hope he doesn't work there for too long cause his attitude and demeanor sucks he has no empathy nor good customer service. Mind you after telling me no he goes and helps someone else with the same issue. I'm sure if it was personal or I don't know what his problem is but he shouldn't be working for customer service if he's gonna have an attitude and not help out people when they got no one to help. read more

They have a large selection of automotive parts, accessories and maintenance/cleaning products for your car needs but always have problems when calling the store with either never picking up or when they do answer you're placed on hold for an extensive period of time. On 8/9 I called in the evening around 6 pm and was placed on hold for 7 minutes then I hung up. I probably would've been on hold till the store closed or grown a beard. I never called back and decided to call Auto Zone. They answered and tended to my needs. If O'Reilly's staff are busy or short staffed I understand but please don't forget about your customers holding on the phone. See image attached. read more

Staff was helpful in finding the right battery, removing my battery and installing the new one. This place is getting worse and worse,, Horrible sales person, I took my battery to have check out, like I had done lots of time this time was different, Usually I get a call once car battery is charge or not, So I waited for over 2 Hours and no phone call, I call the store to Inquire the phone rung about 20-30 times until someone from the store answer her name is Cecei ,when I ask about my car battery if it was ready to be pick up,, she said doesn't know the for me to come down to the store and find out, I ask her why is it no one hasn't call me, she Cecei said we don't do that is the customer responsibility,. when I ask to speak with the manager she said there is no manager in charge ,To make Story short they were traying to sale me a new car battery, cause my existing one they said is no good no more, this guy give a small car battery and I told him this isn't the right size is too small I desire to take my car Battery went to Auto Zone have my car battery check out again and my car Battery works there was nothing wrong with it just need to be charge,... I just want to say this because my experience in this place was very unpleasant due to the situation that happened to me there. I want to try to help the managers of this place because I do not want to make the problem big, but yesterday Friday June 21st between the hours of 12 pm and 2 pm I was passing by there and it occurred to me to stop by to ask about a part of my car that I need to change and the person who helped me was... I don't know how to describe their comments and their actions but I entered the business with my wife and the person who helped me asked me who I was with and at that moment I did not understand his question because it had nothing to do with my question about my part of my car that I needed and I answered that it was my wife, immediately that person, I don't know why, wanted to give me a high five and I did not pay attention but I think that what the person who helped me did was sexual harassment and the truth is I did not want to answer aggressively because I could, but I found his comments very rude. And the truth is I do not plan to return to this place just because of the poor service and the very ordinary treatment of these people. My car needed a new headlight bulb and i came here to buy one. The employees here are really the best! They were super helpful with my car and made things so much easier for me. The customer service was above and beyond, they even came out to my car to check out what light i needed specifically and it was super hot outside and they didn't mind coming outside to check. I've never had such a horrible experience trying to get a part for my family's truck. Terrible customer service. The staff (young girl with green eyes) had such a terrible attitude humiliated my husband in front of staff and customers. I asked for a Fan Pulley , she looked at my husband as if he was a total idiot walked away with an attitude because she couldn't understand or she didn't know what part we were asking for. Not until another staff member suggested to look under "fan pulley" something my husband had mention since the beginning. Last time I check at any job place they tell you to not use your phone thats a write up but damn must be easy money standing there ignoring customers while watching a game! I live in Bell Gardens and I have two O'Reillys close to my home I have never gotten any services close as I got here and I got the service over the phone it was amazing I spoke to a gentleman named Jairo I was inquiring about my brake pads I was sure I had already bought some and I'm already due for replacements The reason for my review is the shitty service I have received at the location in Bell Gardens specially by a guy by the name Arturo Couple of weeks ago gave me my hoses wrong like 3 times in a row Yesterday I come wanting to buy my brake pads and he has the nerve to tell me that I don't have any of them on the card then I phoned the location in Bell to get info and they are horrible as well had me on a seven minute hold never answered My day and experienced was saved everything was made amazing by the gentleman Jairo I was on the phone with him verified my parts being on my card and was the most polite employee however spoke to and not to mention professional I was able to verify what I needed that I indeed have my brake pads available for exchange this company needs to stop hiring in competent individuals like Arturo and the other gentleman in the location in Bell and hire more people like Jairo in the paramount store read more

Man....as much as I really wanted to give these guys 5 Stars I just can't. It wouldn't be an honest review. Came and tried to change my brakes at the in-laws back in October 2018 and they ended up giving the wrong pads. I came in and it was no hassle for the exchange and the worker apologized and gave them the benefit of doubt. Cool whatever people make mistake no big deal. July 2019 during Mercury's Retrograde came in to buy A/C Recharging Can walked out after purchasing it and got to my car and notice on the receipt that it said it won't work with Hybrids Only if it didn't have a belt, came back inside with the cashier and ask him to double check in the system if my car was compatible and without checking Andrew said no it won't work and said to go to the dealer. WTF? He said it won't work, I guess when you see a bald chino you can't get that extra mile service by at least checking. Whatever, he refunded me my money. I get to my car and call Autozone down the street on Atlantic asked if they carried what I was looking for, Esmeralda said yes come on down. I asked specifically can you check to make sure to save me the trip. Long story short she confirmed by checking my year make and model and said "YES, come on down!" Like the game show, The Price Is Right! ~ Lo and behold, "Chingás Sú m&dré!!! they had the same can that I bought at "O'Reily's" that I returned that Andrew said it wouldn't work without even checking in his f$&!kn system. She said yes it will work, in our system it said as long that it's r-134 it'll work fine. It was $5 bucks cheaper too, she said all I needed was 17oz but you should get the 18oz because that's all you need. 30 minutes later, I got cool a$$ A/C!!!! I've been here 75 mins waiting for tools to take my battery out if the car (without their help) to get checked. I bought the $200 battery here 6 months ago and it died on me 4 times. I am here waiting and just watching the customers are frustrated cuz the lines are extremely slow and only two checkout guys. Don't come here if you want fast friendly service. The store is virtually empty but a very long wait time with impatient customers. I have observed people leaving their items on the counter and leaving the store out off frustration. read more

each time i come here i get stuck being helped by this "German car specialist" Luis who really knows nothing of what he claims! he botched both of my orders, told me one thing and it turned out its completely wrong. he took a hose i had and cut it, without my permission, slapped a seal on it and gave it back to me saying it'll work, it didn't, had to go all the way back and switch it out.went back another day and got stuck dealing w/him againn.. told him what part im looking for and he totally pushed the wrong part on me let me know that "he knows what he's talking about" i guess when you own a bmw you magically become an expert with them.. the part again was not what I asked for nor needed.i go to O'Reillys with questions because I assume they'd help me find answers or find someone there who can help me but he just sucks all around.hes a big brat and thinks he's some great mechanic if you don't really know what parts you need when you go in find someone other then Luis to help you he's a short chubby guy w/glasses. read more
