Only downside to Pepboys is they didn't have enough seating for people waiting on their cars and they didn't have wipes so I could wipe down my steering wheel when it was returned (Midas did this for me so maybe I was just lucky). I bought a starter from this place and in less than a month it stopped working. Found out that the…read morestarters they sell are remanufactured garbage and they only give you an exchange not a refund on any electrical parts. Well before finding this out I went to a shop and had them install a new starter and instantly you can hear the difference between a good starter and the starters that they sell. So then I went to the store to try and get my money back and found out they will only exchange it for a new one because it's an electrical part. I explained that I have another starter in the car so I had no need for another starter that's going to fail anyway. The store manager shrugged his shoulders and said that's all we can offer. Lesson learned beware what you buy and who you buy it from. I wouldn't go there to buy an air freshener after this experience!
