The employee explained everything clearly and even helped me find the right part I needed. The store is clean, organized, and has a good selection of auto parts and accessories. All I can say is they have phenomenal customer service!!! My car battery died the other night at a gas station across from this location. I went in the store and explained my delema to the manger, she was incredibly helpful. She walked over to the gas station with me and jumped my battery to give it enough juice to get it to their parkinglot. She then proceeded to test the battery. We came to the conclusion that I needed a new battery. So I purchased and new one. She than proceeded to install the new battery. It became a bit of a nightmarish scenario due to the corrosion that had built-up on the battery mind you it was near closing time. I apologized to her that it had become so involved, and she just smiled and stated that's what they due. After about half an hour of messing with the battery cables and addtional help from one other worker in the store they where finally able to get the new battery installed. I can't tell how grateful I am for their help. Allot places would just handed me the battery and tools and left it there. They went above and beyond for me. I went into auto zone today to ask for some assistance and rather than wanting to help he just told me he had no time. What made matters worse was he is the manger of that place who gives you the vibe that he hates his job and doesn't care. Giovanni was like a breath of fresh air. He was so nice, friendly, and helpful. For someone like myself Who doesn't know much about cars he took the extra mile and helped me install what I purchase... in the rain! So I needed new highlights, so I called in to see if they could also install it there real quick. The person who answered the phone said he wouldn't know unless he sees the car in person, so in person I go! When I got there, I talked to the same person, Nick/Nicholas m, who was very friendly and helpful! He checked out my car, what kind of headlights is best, not trying to upcharge me! These guys are always great to work with. I have been in for new headlights, wiper blades, and a battery. They are always willing to help out with installation for free, which I so greatly appreciate. The last time I was in I learned a great trick: pull up in front of the store and look at the reflection to see which of your car lights have gone out. The whole storefront is glass and they don't mind! Be mindful of pedestrians as you pull out of the parking lot though. There isn't much of a bike lane and so things can get pretty intense. read more

Called these guys after being dicked around by the O'Reilly's in White Center. Called 10 minutes before closing to ask if they had a part I needed (Dorman Help! Door unlock tool) and the girl had me on hold 7 minutes. When I called back I spoke with Trevor who looked it up in less than 10 seconds (I had the part #) but when I asked if I could pay over the phone and just come grab it, he said "sorry we're closed" thanks for going the extra mile O'Reilly's... I hadn't driven my car in months so naturally the battery was dead. I was able to jump start the battery to get it going but apparently hadn't driven it far enough to let it recharge when I turned it off again. No one in the Burien area in a car seemed to have jumper cables (nor did I) so I had to buy my own. The lady working the counter at O'Reilly was really helpful and said, once I get it going, to bring it back and she will see if the battery needed to be changed. I did just that. Unfortunately they didn't have the battery I needed, so they jumped my car again and sent me off to another parts store that did. I called in advance to see if someone there is able to replace my headlight bulbs if I purchased one (as their website stated). Person who answered transferred me to the person who could answer my question based on my vehicle; he nicely said it's best to bring it in so he can check, as he had not replaced a chrysler bulb before. I appreciated how truthful he was. Keep in mind, they are an auto parts store and not all services are offered at every location. I brought it in and Manager Daniel was the gentleman who assisted me. He was friendly, as were the other associates, but I especially appreciated Daniel's willingness and work to change my car's bulb. He was quick, too! The whole thing of him checking my car, purchasing the bulb & replacing it took about 20 minutes. I'd definitely come back here based on his services. An auto repair shop I called before O'Reilly was going to charge me over $100 for this replacement. I only spent about $27 for the bulb AND service!! Thank you so much, Daniel! read more

I've learned how to work on my car a lot more by figuring out solutions on my own and fixing them myself. The staff is normally reliable and knowledgeable about any questions I have. I try to come in when its not too busy. Otherwise, you will stand around waiting forever to get service. Mainly because everyone in an auto store has questions. read more

These folks saved our BUTTS! Had an Audi A4 come in, and my co-worker broke the coolant line going from the pressurized coolant bottle to the upper radiator hose upon reaching for the oil filter. Called these folks up, almost fainted when told that they may not have the part till tomorrow, but the gentleman on the phone called some other locations and got us the part we needed earlier than quoted! The girl named lulu worked there had very bad attitude and doesn't look like she wants to work there. I was trying to return a piece of hose and she smell it like treating a criminal then said smelled fuel and not returning it. If that's the policy then by all means stick to it, but she could at least be a little more polite about it. Other employees seem nice to talk to. read more

Horrible experience. My husband is in the middle of replacing our Honda CRV inner tie rods and I needed to rent an inner tie rod kit. I called the original store I purchased the part from and was told they did not have one in stock and referred me to another store close by. The assistant manager confirmed the part I needed was in stock and provided me with the part number. After standing in line for almost thirty minutes a man named Daniel was to help me. I have never had a such terrible customer service. He refused to take the part number for the tie rod removal kit. I explained how we spoke with another store and confirmed they had the part. He was so mean, hateful, condescending. After rolling his eyes he asked he we spoke to. We couldn't remember the name only the store we called. He was so rude and refused to help any further. I asked if he could call his partner store to find out why they had different information. I left upset because it's cold and late and I had a very upset baby at this point. I called a third store who confirmed the store indeed had this part. This time I got in line again to be helped by a different person a man named Toni. Again another twenty minute wait. Once O reached Toni he accepted the part number confirmed it was indeed in stock and gave it to me. Now I'm exhausted and just want to cry out of frustration of being treated so badly! Ruff experience! I wish to add that this was the Burien O'Reillys. And that the assistant manager Tony was very helpful and got the part we needed immediately. read more
