I called ahead of time to ask if once I purchased the windshield whippers, if they would be able to put them on. I was told "YEAH WE CAN". By "ROGER"!! I go purchase them and while this older gentlemen is going to get the item for me, "Roger" comes from behind one of the back aisle, and asked "Am I being helped ". I said yes I am. So I pay for the whippers, than I ask "Can I have roger help put them on for me". Keep in mind he just asked me if I needed to be helped 1min ago. I can see him in the back aisle doing nothing. He tells the older gentleman that is ringing people up, when he asked him to do it, that " He never said he would put them on himself". When it is his job to assist and HELP! Especially when "ROGER WASEN'T EVEN DOING ANYTHING AT ALL. YET HE WANTED TO TURN AWAY FROM HELPING EVEN WHEN HE JUST ASKED ME IF I NEED HELP AND WHEN I DID HE MADE A PISS POOR REASONING TO NOT HELP, SO THAN WHAT IS HE GETTING PAID FOR? Than the older gentlemen went back to ringing people up, and the woman that works there took the initiative to say" ILL DO IT". Even when she was busy finishing ringing people up. After she was done I looked back in the store window and "Roger" was still standing around doing nothing. For him to come to work and only want to clearly just answer the phone and ringing people up, but forget to do the other half of the job which is going outside and give assistance like he's paid to do, and than wants to pick and choose what he does, than while everyone else is occupied he wants to hand things off on them with is not ok!!! To the woman that works here that is going over and beyond and doing what the men get paid to do and should do and can do and rather she's busy or not she seeks to help. "Roger" iS lazy as hell, he's not a good team member, and to say he never said he was going to do it but he said "YEAH WE CAN" which he ment the people that work there and last time I checked, HE WORKS THERE!! THANK YOU TO THE OLDER GENTLEMEN, he was white and the WOMAN also who was white. I don't remember there names so I just wanted to point out who they are. Id rather go to NAPA before I deal with Autozone. I'M never going to this location again due to "ROGER"!!! read more

Worst experience. Called for a simple question and was put on hold for 40 minutes. Hung up the phone called back again and was put on hold again for 40 minutes. I even told the second time when I called the person that I was having a roadside emergency and they again put me on hold for 40 minutes. This is clearly the end of AutoZone. They should file bankruptcy and have someone else come and run the business properly read more

Mr Rodney J! This man saved my entire day. My headlight bulb went out on my challenger and Dodge dealership wanted to charge me $289 to replace. So I went and got the bulbs to take the car back to Fort Worth tomorrow where I originally bought the car but at the time of purchasing the bulb I was telling Rodney how much Dodge was attempting to charge me and how DODGE (Garland Location) told me they would have to remove the front bumper in order to replace the bulb. THIS GUY POPPED THE HOOD AND DID IT IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES!! My heart goes out to people like him, this is why I continue to be a better person each day because you never know how you may affect someone else's! As if I wasn't already a customer for life! This morning I got into the zone, Auto Zone that is. I came here to purchase a fluid transfer kit because I am having to take some fluids out of a vehicle so that it could be shown indoors at a trade show.. fire code prevents me from having over a quarter of a tank of gas in the vehicle and I have a lot more than that in there and not enough time to burn it all out. Started my weekend off with a dead car battery. I took my car here and Sonny S. handled everything. He replaced the battery quickly and I was in and out of there. He and the other staff were wearing masks and following the appropriate distancing requirements which also made me feel like I was in good hands. Would highly recommend this location. read more

I visit this Autozone out of pure necessity only when I need to grab something on short notice...it is a rundown location in a run down shopping area. The store is very dated, such as no electronic displays at the wiper blade section...they have the books there to look up your blade number, etc. Old store that is in bad need of renovation...problem is, the entire area needs renovating... read more

I just had the best experience here!!! I have/had front and back light out. I went and bought the bulbs and was told they would put them in for free. AWESOME! The lady who was there stated it was time for her to leave. The mgr. told her to do it anyway.. she waited long enough for "JON" to come back from lunch. I have a 2014 Chrysler 200 and very LITTLE knowledge on cars. I came to this location when I lost my first headlight and they put it on for me (which was fairly easy). So I came back today because my other side went out and I figured it would be just as easy as last time... boy was I wrong. This headlight cap was BEHIND my air filter. Beware of the bulb grease (and battery grease) ! When you buy a headlight bulb or new battery they plop a little packet of grease with the bulb or battery. It looks like a freebie but that is not the case. It is $1.50 extra but they don't bother to tell you. Very dishonest. It might be a good idea but it isn't absolutely necessary. You should be given a choice and you might have some left from the last time you bought the item - it just takes a dab. read more

Service and knowledge are not available at this location. The staff knowledge is limited to looking up part numbers. Add in a rude attitude and you quickly understand why there are no other people in the store. Too many other choices in the area to tolerate the staff at this location. read more
