He explained the set up they had to use in their machine and how they have to keep resetting it every time the arm caught on the rims. Since they were using a plastic piece to protect the wheels it was catching quite a bit, so with my wheels it wasn't just a "slap them on job." I appreciated Bryce's honesty and the fact that he and his guys took care and every precaution to protect my wheels, thank you for that. We pulled over to Loves Fuel depot on I-25 and they recommended Grabers Diesel Repair. The Graber team removed the tire, the metal, and used a repair plug but the hole diameter was too large so they installed the spare tire. Then they called several tire shops in Cheyenne and found a Firestone tire shop which was open. All in all, Grabers' spent about an hour plus with us and didn't charge for their time and materials. We were on I80 just passed through late afternoon when engine light came on, 15 miles out of town we turn around and my wife contacted them. They said bring it in and we can check it out for you. They diagnose our truck and told us that they couldn't work on it until the following week, but if we can't wait we would still can drive our truck and in a slower drive. He assured us that we would be able to make it to our destination if we take easy on the truck and we did. They didn't charge us for anything and told us have a safe trip. Six months later, it still runs like a top for $50 instead of the $1,500 they could have charged.
