So, I asked him to cancel my order and he got upset, so I left the store and contacted their customer service line. The young lady I spoke with was unconcern with my problem, so I requested to speak to a supervisor. She told me no supervisor was available and she would have someone call me back within 24 hours. It's now 11/24/2024 and I haven't received my refund nor a call from anyone concerning my refund.

Signed up for their rewards program, and was surprised when they sent me a $5 coupon just because it was birthday. Friendly staff, clean store, convenient hours, good product selection, so what's not to like?

Unfortunately, the new battery failed to perform as expected, depleting within an hour. I contacted the company in December and returned to them in January--well within the warranty period. At that time, Juan assured me the issue was resolved and advised that if the problem recurred, I should bring the device back. Regrettably, the iPad continued to behave as if it still had its original battery, draining quickly even with notifications turned off and no apps running. When I called today to inform Juan of my decision to return the device, he refused to take responsibility for the defective battery and declined to honor the warranty. Instead, he insisted that I pay for another battery replacement. Given that this is the second time I have received a defective battery, I find it unacceptable that the company expects me to pay again for a product they provided despite knowing it was faulty. I am extremely disappointed with their service and cannot, in good conscience, recommend their business. If it were possible, I would rate this experience a -10.

The price was marked $4.79 about 6-8 times on 2 of the shelves so I was pretty confident the price was $4.79. When I got to the register, Juan the sales clerk rang it up as $4.99. When I pointed it out and referenced the shelves and the posted price he said the system says different. He claimed he could not correct the price and made ZERO effort to accommodate me as customer. In fact he barely moved and acted put out that I asked for a refund. I refuse to shop where the customer is treated poorly and the store has no care for correcting the posted price. I called a day before i could get there to see if I had to schedule. A lady took my ipad info so they could have the glass in stock. I was told it would take a couple hours since the Ipad had not been opened. They had the iphone glass in stock. When I arrived, they went to work on the ipad right away. I had planned to have lunch and work on my laptop, They pointed me towards Little Greek which had a great Greek salad with meat on top. They finished the ipad within 2 hours and it had better glass than new. I then waited the short time for the iphone. The tech showed me that the camera was defective. I did not know if that was a glass problem or another problem. He had a new camera in stock and replaced it in short order. That was much needed as I am doing more videos now and thought i would have to wait for Apple to reopen their stores. Honest, intelligent and timely.
