I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Discount Tire and believe their handling of my situation demonstrates a clear lack of professional responsibility and accountability. After spending over $700 on tires and an alignment, my vehicle was returned with a damaged component that was not present prior to service. Jake, the store manager, explicitly acknowledged that the damage occurred during their service. He then took possession of my vehicle and transported it to a repair shop of his choosing, where a claim was initiated through Fleet Response. After nearly three weeks of review, I was informed that the claim was denied and that Discount Tire would not accept liability--despite the prior admission of fault by their own manager. This contradiction raises serious concerns regarding their internal processes, credibility, and commitment to ethical business practices. Based on the circumstances, this appears to constitute negligence in both the handling of my vehicle and the subsequent refusal to take responsibility for damages incurred during service. The prolonged delay, lack of transparency, and ultimate denial of liability have resulted in significant inconvenience and loss of trust. Terrible service. I popped in right at closing time for a simple tire pressure check. There were employees Mailing about doing work and the garage bay doors were all still open. But no one ever came to talk to me or check my tire I finally after about 10 minutes of waiting, got out of my car and walked to the front and the door to the lobby was closed, but I found an employee fixing a tire and I asked if someone could check my tire pressure for me. He very rudely said we're already closed. Even though they were obviously still working. No one in the entire time that I sat there ever came up to tell me they were closed. I would not have sat there for 10 minutes if they were closed. And I think it is very poor customer service that they didn't come tell me they were closed and let me just sit there that entire time or taking the five minutes it took to check my low tire. I used to buy all my tires from this location, but I will not be shopping here ever again. read more

Eric and his team are absolutely PHENOMENAL. Called with an issue regarding an almost stripped lug nut from a previous tire rotation that the impact gun chewed up. Said to come on by and they removed the semi stripped lug and torqued free of charge and with the best customer service ever. Genuinely appreciate you guys. Great bunch of guys at this location! Took our 2010 RAV4 in for 4 new tires and they had me in and out in 30 minutes. I even brought in my own TPMS sensors and they were happy to install them for $10 a tire. That's great customer service in my opinion. Well air pressure kept dropping in my tire. I looked at the clock it was 4:15pm... discount tires does not close until 6 pm. So there I went... I walked in and was immediately greeted. I then was asked to wait (30 mins). They found the small hole, patched it up, and rotated the tire. No charge. I like that there was no hassle or attempt to sell me anything. I wish that they would have put the wheel lock back the way the got it, and not just tossed it on the seat. I love this location and will be back if need be. read more

This place is phenomenal when it comes to service. Went here late last week because my tire was constantly deflating, figured I had a leak caused by a nail. Wanted to wait a few days after visiting here to see if the problem had be solved...it appears that it has. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and then given a wait time before my car would be looked at; he estimated two and half hours! I went in Tuesday for a flat and was told the replacement would have to be ordered and would be there Wednesday. I got a call on Wednesday to come get my tire when I arrived they told me a 2hr wait to replace the tire. I made an appointment for Thursday and even with the appointment it was a 1hr wait. Long story- I managed to hit a pretty nasty pot hole on my way to work. While changing my tire on the side of the road, I found out that one of my wheel studs had been damaged and I was unable to get on of my lug nuts on to secure my donut. The nearest repair shop that could find was Pep Boys, so I pulled in to have them help me. They charged me a pretty steep amount to get it repaired, but they did the job. I drove my car home, but little did I know they installed the wrong lug nut, which they denied when I pointed it out. Regardless, they put on the correct one the next time I visited. Because pep boys had been a bit stubborn and hard to deal with, I decided to have Discount tire install a new tire for me. After I drove off with the new tire, I got home and noticed that one of my lug nuts was missing and one of my wheel studs had sheared off. I thought that since just one stud had been damaged that it had to have been the one that pep boys installed. I took my car back to pep boys and yet again they denied, denied, denied. They were first to get in an argument with me before even considering that they may have been at fault. We finally got them to look at the tire after arguing for about 5 minutes and they came down to the conclusion that discount tire over-torqued all of the lug nuts. We went back to discount tire in really bad spirits because we had been going back and forth between shops and the problem was not getting solved. Finally, Jason at discount tire listened to our problem and immediately offered a resolution. He was very willing to help and admitted fault to the incident. He gave us some documentation to take it to Brakes Plus and get all of the lug nuts checked and studs replaced as needed free of charge. I will finally be able to drive my car again safely!!! Moral of the story, discount tire, although maybe they did not do the work right the first time, they care about their customers and their reputation and will do what they can to make their customers happy. Pep boys, on the other hand, may do the work right, but they will fight you, argue with you, and leave you feeling ripped off. Go to discount tire. read more

Stopped at this location 30 minutes before closing with 2 tires that had nails in them. I also opted to purchase windshield wipers. I was immediately greeted by Jason before stepping in the building. He was friendly and got my car in a bay right away and I left at 6:05. I had a little snafu with the new wipers when I hit the freeway and called the store, not expecting an answer since they would have been closed by then. Well.. they DID answer the phone and told me to come back, they would wait for me because they needed to make sure my car was okay. They patiently took care of the issue and I was on my way again. Had an unfortunate experience this last visit. My first visit to this location was MUCH better this past year. I was helped by Ezekiel. Ezekiel told me that they do price match on rims. I found other prices, that were lower than DT's price (since I was getting a basic factory wheel that is going to be behind a hubcap) and he then says that the wheel HAS to be the same brand. Ok, I can understand that...BUT the brand that was going to be put on my car, that seemed to be my only option for me here, was a Discount Tire brand. I wished Ezekiel knew this, because I had to do the legwork and figure that out on my own by calling the brand and asking. Anyways...the brand was exclusive to DT. They are the distributor for this brand. This matters because Ezekiel then told me that they do still price match, but it has to be that particular brand...well then that means that there isn't technically a price match if only Discount Tire sells that brand and all discount tire POS prices are the same! I tried to get him to understand that after lots of back and forth, but it seems like only me and the customers around me got my point. I still suppressed showing my frustration and calmly told Ezekiel my point and tried to explain how difficult he seemed to be towards a customer. I have been going here for year and I always had great service until yesterday. This little prick with dark shaggy hair was the worker at the computer. I went in for a tire rotation. It was cold and rainy and I had forgotten my mask so I stood 9 feet away. He sent me out in the cold rain even though I was clearly being safe and staying away. He was very flamboyant and I was a hot dude, he would be more than will to help me out. I think the other guy is the manager who came out (he had helped me before and is a super cool guy), he must have known what an idiot this little boy was and wanted to make sure a customer was taken care of. The little prick took my keys to look at my tires. He had NO gloves on to protect his hands from my keys (suddenly the "safety measures" don't play into effect.) He also did not sanitize them when handing then back to me. I had a good chat with the manager about my sensors and I thought they would have been taken care of last year when I bought my tires, but come to find I I did not pay any extra money. He explain everything perfectly and I'm not mad that I had talked about them last year and they were not added as an option. The little prick came in and said that my tires where worn, took me over to the chart, MANSPLAINED tired to me like I have not been driving for 15 years now and my father is a mechanic. I do most service and repairs to my truck myself. I'm not some idiot off the street. The tires are actually not bad either. He said they can't rotate them because of the wear in them. Walked in, waited 10 minutes in line and worker who was at a computer had his hands in his pocket...seeing that I was waiting in line to ask about purchasing a tire. The worker just stood there watching the computer, drinking water and did not bother to ask if I needed assistance with something. 5 minutes later, a man arrives and stands behind me in line. The worker skipped me and proceeded to assist the guy who arrived AFTER me. The worker still said, "Oh I'll be with you in just a moment." Great 1 star service.
