I think my biggest gripe about the place is the lack of prices on just about everything. This makes it hard to price compare and keep a running total in one's head. Total cost was $8,442.90 I went back on 11/20/2024 SO#V407410 with an oil leak and my vehicle shutting off randomly. Diagnosis was that the boost hose was not secure and they replaced the clamp. Determined no oil leak. Vehicle was in the shop for one day. I went back again on 12/5/2024 SO#V407746 with an oil leak and vehicle shutting off randomly. Determined failed oil trap line and vacuum leak. Again returned to the dealer on 2/3/2025 SO#V409061 with an oil leak and shutting off randomly. Determined torque fault converter and no oil leak found. Recommended new transmission. 7/7/2025 I returned to Volvo to fix the oil leak. That has been consistently happening since the initial fix. The top of the motor is covered in dark motor oil. I was told the oil drain plug was leaking. No answer for the oil on top of the motor. Volvo's latest theory is the oil has been poured on the top of the engine although the oil is dark and the last time it was brought in they had cleaned the motor oil off of the car. Instructed to return 7/18 since they have died the oil this time. This is the 7th time I have returned to the dealership.

I requested the current Summer Deal for members and was told that was $15 off. (I paid $86.91.) However, after further exploration realized there is a Summer Deal for $64.99 that could have been offered to me and I could have gotten new windshield wipers as well. Add to that the fact that I was treated like an ignorant female when I requested a copy of the paper the technician wrote a note on regarding a problem they found during my inspection which is NOT listed on the inspection or in the notes on the digital copy I received. Apparently they don't know how to copy items requested. I will be contacting to discuss and also reporting to AAA.

One of four tires I purchased from the Western Hills branch in April, 2022, about 13 months ago. I had a tire fail and went into their store in Alexandria, Kentucky to get the tire replaced. They told me because the tires were 13 months old they would not give me a new tire but instead give me a replacement tire at half price, charging full price for mounting, install and road hazard. Which including installation totaled over $130. I left and went to Walmart and paid $115 for a new tire with hazard warranty. When you add this to the fact that the Western Hills branch lied about the price they were going to charge me for tires when I bought them (saying they were $164 installed on the phone but when they were really $250 each) you should run, run from these guys.
