I recently had an oil change at Just Tires, Highland Village on Justin Rd. Unfortunately, they did not properly replace the oil filter, which resulted in the check engine light coming on and the oil pressure gauge malfunctioning. Due to the technicians lack of quality work, this has caused significant inconvenience, as I had to rent a car while my truck was in the shop for repairs. Plus the added expense to get my truck repaired. When I approached the manager and went over the inconveniences this has caused me. I was only offered a free oil change the next time I came in. That is not likely to happen. Being a loyal customer for quite a few years I believe they could have done better towards me and offered more than one free oil change. I would not recommend Just Tires of Highland Village based on my experience. read more

Stumbled into this place with a flat tire last year and found that the customer service was excellent. The guys aren't trying to penny pinch you for every little thing. Went back in as my tire pressure alert icon came on in my car and wouldn't go off. They quickly identified a bad sensor and quickly ordered one, had someone from the shop immediately drive to a Toyota dealer to pick it up so it could be fixed with a few hours. Purchased hazard warranty a year ago with the set of tires at TAS Denton on University, but since that was a franchise and Just Tires was not, they could not honor the warranty. Picked up a large bolt in my rear tire. It was for a 2015 Porsche 911. I am new to Lewisville TX and taking a car like this to Discount Tire is just asking for a $3500 factory to be damaged and every bolt to be rounded off. So reading reviews on YELP about Just Tires I was going to at least stop by and check them out. I believe his name was Matthew (shift manager) showed me around and we talked about my expectations on my vehicle and did he have the "right" tech to work on it. He was honest and said he would be at work tomorrow. So I usually buy online at Tire Rack....rarely have I ever found a better price, and pay to have them installed by my preferred shop and just pay the $35-45 / tire fee. Matthew asked if he could beat their price, plus install, and provide me a 3 year vs a 2 year warranty for the same tire Pirelli PZero would I buy from him....."worked for me". Now the savings was only $40 for me....but it was good for the shop to get a $1000 transaction vs $90 to do an install. Brought it back the next day... had his tech do the work....and after a thorough inspection by me....not a mark on either of the two rims or any lug bolts. read more

Stopped in for a tire with a visible small nail hole and told the tire could be fixed , no problem. 15 min later a technician states the tire couldn't be fixed and asked if I'd like to be quoted for 1 or all 4 tires. When I stated I wanted my vehicle back the employees became annoyed and gave my car back with little to no air in the tire . They just reiterated that "my tire had a leak" when I asked they why they hadn't put air back in the tire. They basically refused to add more air . Exceptional Customer Service My car was shimmying when I drove over 40-60 mph. I called Just Tires because I had worked with this location before when it was Goodyear but didn't know much about Just Tires. I'm so happy I called them! The entire staff are friendly and extremely helpful! They looked at my car immediately upon arrival and informed me shortly that my tires looked good but that they were just out of balance. They explained the balancing process and how they can get out of balance. I was in and out in 30 minutes. No more shimmy! I will definitely go back to them again and highly recommend Just Tires! The representatives go out of their way to explain what the issue is with the tire/s. They will match competitors pricing. They only work on tires, alignment, balance, etc, but if they notice other issues (IE. brake issues) they will let you know. High level integrity!
