The associate said since there were only two people on the floor (even though there were three people) nobody could help. Annoyed, the sales associate handed me a wrench and told me to go outside and try to install it myself in the freezing cold. With no gloves and one tool, I was having no luck. After demanding someone help me, the sales associate found someone to cover the register while he us assisted outside. I returned the old battery at the counter, was rang up for the $18 return, but I have yet to see the return on my debit card. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

I called and they promptly looked up my vehicle need and found my rim for $45 with exchange of the old rim. That price was much cheaper than the others wanting $130+. I arrived and waited about 15 minutes for them to find the rim and mount my tire ($5 extra). Overall I have been satisfied with the service and selection of salvage parts. TIP: They don't put the parts on when you buy them from the counter. They open at 8am on Saturday and you should arrive early since they close at 2pm.

If they dont have it, they can get it from elsewhere. Each time my car has been fixed, theyve done a phenomenal job. The one downside is that you will probably have to wait, because they are very busy. But once its your turn, they're quick to get you in and out. I'd recommend arriving at 830 or 845 am and waiting for them to open. Then you'll be out in no time. Otherwise, bring a book and take a seat!

As you walk to the prominent service counter you notice a comforting odor of WD40 and engine oil, think of it as a sign.
