I was stranded four hours from home, exhausted, emotional, and not in the best shape after a long drive and a crazy work week. The guy they sent (a super professional blonde guy who's been with the company over 10 years--I'm so mad I can't remember his name!) not only arrived Jimmy John's quick but seriously turned my whole day around. Not only did he know exactly what to do, but he had me laughing with jokes while still being totally on top of things. Being that I drive a Toyota it's safety features were being a pain--it kept relocking itself and setting off the alarm while he tried to get in, so he had to pop the hood and disconnect the battery to get the keys out(which he forewarned me about). On top of it being a fussy Toyota, my driver door is messed-up & my hood latch, so I know my service was a PITA but he stayed calm and patient the entire time. I was so grateful he was the one sent out. He wouldn't even let me tip him! I honestly couldn't not have had a better experience. If you're ever locked out, I hope you get someone like him.

Last February, just before leaving for the 800+ mile drive to our other location, I had these people put a set of Husky mud guards on my new F-150. By the time the journey was over, one of them had come loose, was frayed, and was rubbing against the wheel well. It's a bad design, with slide-on clips and use of existing holes. I had them removed and called Off Road Truck Accessories, and was told to bring them in when I got back to Kerrville, which I just did. I was told the only thing they could do was put them back on. After I complained and pointed out that I had bought three Ranch Hand bumpers from him in the past, I was asked (by Shane Tubbs?) what I wanted him to do. I told him I thought he should get his money back from Husky and give it to me. He refused. I'm out $138 on the deal. I made it clear that I will NEVER be back! It was a misfire from a coil. We came into Kerrville and pulled into AAP. Ernie greeted us and got us the coil part we needed. My husband was going to buy wrenches and ratchets but I asked Ernie if they had any tools we could borrow since this was an immediate need. Without hesitation he went to the back and got us a ratchet, an extender, a socket set, a drill and even let us borrow a bench so my husband could reach the back of the engine! They were able to quickly replace the clock spring in our Dodge RAM when another shop in town said the part was 5 days out and wanted to charge nearly 2x as much. They also diagnosed and fixed a nagging electrical issue in no time.
