I recently purchased a used "Gold certified Toyota." Our local Toyota dealer did a poor job on the inspection. After speaking with customer service they refused to rotate my tires and said I'd have to pay the dealership to do so. My daughter contacted Discount Tire and confirmed that they offer complimentary rotation! Even if you did not purchase the tires from them.
