A young guy who looked as if he was 12 came to the desk to ask me what he could do...I told him my phone is not even a year old and it was charging right. He looks at the phone then looked at me and said we don't work on Google phones...ughhh but he offered to take to the back and clean the port. I took it back, explained, etc. The tech was very understanding and agreed to make it right - a few hours later they called and said the home button broke during repair. Fine, accidents happen. We went over a few options, which seemed pretty reasonable, and we ended up asking them to just refund the screen cost and move the new battery to my wife's phone, which also needed a new one. Not the best, but given the circumstances, something we were willing to work with. We came back after the second round of repair was complete... And after getting home noticed new damage to the screen in my wife's phone (the corner is now lighter than the rest, with a nice streak down to the middle). I'm honestly not sure I want to go back to the same place for yet another repair even if it's free. 4 stars for customer service, 1 star for technical ability. 5 stars for speed of service, but if it isn't good work, does speed matter?

So made another appointment and 5 weeks ago finally got the fob but the emergency key couldn't be cut. She told me I'm sending it in, and I'll call you in a week. Once again no call so I wait to see how long it will take. Today I stop in to ask about the key and she throws up her arms and said she didn't even order it! I turned around and walked out! Everything is an excuse at this store. Every time I'm in that store she blames ex employees or customers. I would not recommend this store and if you need to use a Batteries Plus drive to Kalamazoo
