Went to get an oil change. According to the receipt they filled the windshield fluid, they did…read morenot. I checked it. They said my tires pressures were all at 35 PSI, they are not. I know that because I had to reset my oil life and I have to go past that to get to the oil life screen. This was the first time I felt the need to make sure I actually had oil in my Jeep after a service. I know all these things are minor but when the receipt says things were done or checked and they weren't, it makes you question if the service you paid for was even done. I've never used Walmart before but I unfortunately won't go back.

I went into this store this past Friday morning to have my battery checked, as I was not able to start it without having it jumped prior to my visit. I didn't get names, but there was a man and a lady working that morning. I was greeted once I walked in the door, and waited my turn since there was a gentleman in front of me. The man behind the counter told the lady that I needed my battery check, so we go out side and she is friendly and willing to help. She checks my battery, and stated that it is bad. I had a good inclination that it was already. She then proceeds to ask me if I want her to check my alternator and starter as well. Really? U can do that with a little handheld machine? She then tells me that my alternator is what is causing my battery to go dead. So...we go back in the store and the man behind the counter prices out batteries. He gives me two options, and recommends the more expensive one. Go figure! I call my husband (he is deployed) to ask him what I should do, because at this point I think they are trying to get over on a woman who knows nothing about vehicles. My husband tells me to walk out, which I do. I then proceed to take my vehicle to a well known (5 stars on yelp by the way) mechanic in town. He does a diagnostic test, and concluded that my alternator is working just fine, and that I just have a bad battery. Are u serious?! I buy my battery, have them put it in, and walk away with a sigh of relief! I will never shop at this store again, and hope everyone who is reading this, especially if you aren't familiar with vehicles, to take precautions when asking questions or buying anything from them!

Hanks sets the gold standard for customer service, I would send my daughter here by herself, knowing she's going to be treated fairly, with respect, and that she would not be taken advantage of. I took my late 3rd gen ram 1500 5.7 hemi to Hank's for an estimate on getting some exhaust work…read moredone, specifically deleting both resonators and the muffler in place for a flowmaster super 10. They were very friendly and helpful and actually listened to what I wanted to have done and gave me a good price and a 2-3 day timeframe . I came back to drop my truck off the next day and they confirmed with a different guy exactly what I wanted so there was no miscommunication. Before starting on it, they called me and said they didn't have a super 10 in stock and would be an additional 2-3 days to get in but had a performance muffler in stock so I decided to go with that instead and a chrome tip since they had to build a custom pipe from the y-pipe back. I picked it up on Wednesday (started work Tuesday I believe) and I am very pleased with how it sounds and looks and really turns this truck into what a v8 should sound like. Everyone is friendly at this business. Their prices are extremely competitive; and when they couldn't calibrate the tire pressure monitor sensors, they gave me a discount. I can't find anything objectionable about their service, and would highly recommend making the drive to Copperas Cove.
