To the gentleman that didn't help me. (approximately 6ft with blonde hair and a napa hoodie on @ 1:20 ish April 5th 2020). I'm the girl with pink sweats on, grey sweater, and a black face mask on. I showed him a photo of the pipe and when I wanted to show him more. He immediately tells me he can't tell me what the part is because it's a picture he's not a mechanic and I should go get it looked at by an actual mechanic. May I include how sly that comment was. He didn't even bother trying to look up my vehicle. It made me feel like he was being sexist and that I didn't know what I was doing. I just wanted to know what oil is going through this pipe. I bet he wouldn't say that to a man. I already fixed my issue to my car just that one thing I had to ask about. He was very unprofessional. I was actually referred by my mother who works on base as a mechanic. She wanted me to learn myself how to fix things so I wouldn't have to rely on anyone to fix a problem for me. Which I did fix my car on my own! This is the first time I've come to this store. O'reilly's gave me outstanding customer service and was willing to help me with whatever parts I needed. My mother just wanted a second opinion. This is the first and last time I will go to this sexist, incompetent, judgemental, sarcastic, and unprofessional store ever again.
