We have had multiple problems. The latest, in that 18 months, the roof sagged a bit over 3 1/2". It had been sagging since we got it back. Not good for a complete rebuild. We just did not know how bad it was initially or how bad it had gotten. Chris did an excellent job of assessing the extent of the poor workmanship and repairs needed. His estimate was also very accurate and fair. The new roof used tubular steel and was reinforced in one place to accommodate a small AC, that request was added on, if we ever decided to install one. We now have a roof that can handle being stood on if ever needed and it won't sag! Throughout the repair Chris documented the damage, and the installation of the new roof. If he had a question he called, or texted. The communication was very good and helped us trust that we made a good choice in working w/ Chris. Called back end of June it was finally paid off middle of the month and bank stated that title was sent to Larry's RV. #3 fast forward to August still NO title in the mail to us.....called Georgia AGAIN to inquire where my title was?! She then says I sent in al the paperwork to DMV and haven't received anything yet it hasn't came yet I called the DMV and waited on the line for 4 hours and they say they are way backed up so again I wait. #4 Called Georgia AGAIN.....lie after lie after lie!.... finally she sent me a refund of $98 and a bunch of the paperwork she NEVER sent in to DMV and told me to fill the paperwork to DMV myself?! huh I thought you sent it in?? I have used Trailer Plus in the past and had made an appointment for our dump trailer. As soon as I walked in the door I was immediately, very rudely told that they were in a meeting. I tried to explain that I was just here to leave the dump trailer and was disregarded and told that I needed to leave. Another person stepped in and informed me that it was at 9:30 and again that I needed to leave. I immediately got upset by how I was treated over a misunderstanding of the time, if you're going to have a meeting you would think the doors would be locked not wide open. Nobody had even bothered to greet me or ask what I was even there for to clear up the misunderstanding I went in not knowing that I was interrupting a meeting and was essentially kicked out in the rudest way possible. As soon as I left, I had felt so blindsided and made the choice to not take the dump trailer. Being a small business owner myself I would never treat a client in such a rude manner. This company lacks manners, friendliness, customer service and being remotely personable I will not be recommending this company to anybody I know. Be wary with this company if you choose to have business with them because they definitely won't treat you well.
