It wouldn't shift into anything but neutral. Then the brake lights and turn signals went out. On June 18th, I got the car to Subaru of Bend. It was there until July 28th because the wire harness that Advanced Northwest Welding had install had blown out the BIT computer unit - and they had to disconnect it or the issue would continue. On May 26th I had a hitch installed by these people. At the time the installer didn't appear to know what he was doing or how to install the wire harness. I was sitting there watching the install and could hear everything. Not only did they not install the proper wire harness for my car; they installed it incorrectly. Not only was my trip ruined, but they damaged my car. All of which cost me a lot of money and time. Not to mention the fact that this could have caused my daughter and I to get killed. The owner is terrible to deal with. Unless I get every penny of my money back - I plan to take her to court.

We have had multiple problems. The latest, in that 18 months, the roof sagged a bit over 3 1/2". It had been sagging since we got it back. Not good for a complete rebuild. We just did not know how bad it was initially or how bad it had gotten. Chris did an excellent job of assessing the extent of the poor workmanship and repairs needed. His estimate was also very accurate and fair. The new roof used tubular steel and was reinforced in one place to accommodate a small AC, that request was added on, if we ever decided to install one. We now have a roof that can handle being stood on if ever needed and it won't sag! Throughout the repair Chris documented the damage, and the installation of the new roof. If he had a question he called, or texted. The communication was very good and helped us trust that we made a good choice in working w/ Chris. Called back end of June it was finally paid off middle of the month and bank stated that title was sent to Larry's RV. #3 fast forward to August still NO title in the mail to us.....called Georgia AGAIN to inquire where my title was?! I called a few ranchers before I talk to this young man and that just didn't work out and I'm pretty happy it didn't because if they drove all the way up there and it still didn't start I would've been one sad mama!! I went over to the deli and ask people over there if there's anybody that can help me and they shake their heads no. I walked out and there is a young man sitting in his truck and I walked up to him. He had his window cracked and I said excuse me, sir do you know anything about 1990 Toyota pick ups and he smiled and he looked at me. And said, what choo got going on?" And I knew then he was going to be a help even in my devastation gloom and doom I thought the world was coming to an end overdramatizing so we spent an hour and he change the battery cable which I knew was bad because it was broke it needed to be changed. It still wouldn't start at that point. I called the tow truck. They were there in 45 minutes. I was back home by 2 o'clock feeling safe at my house I thank God for tender hearted, people who help one another. His name was Jeremy. After towing the truck back to Crooked river Ranch, my mechanic said the battery was dead; it was a new battery purchased month ago from O'Reilly's. I called O'Reillys. David said bring it in and he swiftly took care of my need by exchanging the battery and allowing my travels to be in good standing! Thank you David!! Keep up the great work! .
