Onstar was unsuccessful with many attempts unlocking due to the lack of reception and sent a tow truck to rescue us. After 2 hours in 100+ weather "Our knight in shining mechanic uniform" (aka Josh Duhamel look alike) Robert R. came to our rescue with a blood pressure cuff looking apparatus and within minutes we were inside an ice cold truck and headed back home.
