He reported it to Sean Paris, the Store Manager, who told him to show it to me and apologize and then told me that it would be sent out for repair, at no cost to me. I was impressed by the professionalism Sean showed. A few days later, I got a call saying that UPS had lost the item and that I should pick out a replacement and let him know what it was,. I did so and today I received a call that my new watch was in. I am very pleased with the watch and totally impressed with how Sean handled it all.

O'Reilly Auto used to be Checker Auto Parts to clear up any confusion…read more This morning I stopped in for an air filter. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. The employee was busy helping another customer. He swiftly completed that transaction and looked up the part I needed. He actually walked over to obtain the part. I noticed that a lot of these auto part stores just give you the part number and leave you to find the part yourself. Here, they will do everything for you, including (sometimes) installing the part while you watch. They also offer free tool rental to do car repairs. I appreciate the friendly, attentive service. The prices are reasonable too.
