I've been using Pacific Power Batteries for years... and there's a good reason. I bought a new battery for my motorcycle here in July, but then didn't ride for a couple months. I kept the battery on a float charger when I wasn't riding. So when I went to take the bike out for a ride over Labor Day Weekend, it wouldn't start due to a weak battery. I took the battery down to the store, where I met Billy, who ran some tests on it - it passed some of the tests. So I agreed to give it a solid charge using a better charger I have... same result. So I took it back today and the battery was replaced. Customer service is what brought me to the store, and it's what will keep me coming back. Side note for CPAP users who like to be able to sleep during power outages/camping trips - they have a kick ass battery backup system for CPAPs... it all fits neatly into one box, and it comes with an inverter so you can use 120V devices on it. If i didn't already own one from a different place (which I paid more for than Pacific Power charges), I would totally get one of these systems. Much cleaner and nicer setup! read more

I was dead in the water with a bad battery on my motorcycle in Sultan. I figured it was a long shot, but I called PPB (Monroe location) and spoke to their manager Billy. He told me to bring the battery in and he'd get me all sorted out. I was lucky enough to catch a ride with a very nice retired couple that weren't put off by a sweaty stranger in full motorcycle leathers. Got to the store and Billy got me the right battery. Told him my many thanks and came back to the couple still waiting for me. "Well you need a ride back don't you?" I felt so fortunate for everyone involved. Billy and the guys at Pacific Power Batteries in Monroe are the best! I recently had issues with my solar panel/battery emergency backup system and they really treated us right. They go the extra mile, are friendly and very helpful and take the time to educate you about the problem and the fix and help you make the best decision. I can always count on this team for incredible service. For many years they've set me up with exactly what I need, and with patience and a great attitude. Tonight I called in a panic in need of a specific ATV battery. They were closing in 15 minutes and Neil kindly told me to head on down. He not only had what I needed in stock but also gave me helpful tips on maintenance for those and my other battery bank that was low on water. Recommended by a friend to deal with 3 boat batteries with a specialty business ..came away with more interest and knowledge in maintenance/value of batteries than going in. Billy is very polite, direct, experienced and appears to be the type of employee any business could only hope to have. I stopped in on Free Wednesday to get my watch battery changed this is a very nice customer service and Billy was there to help me. He was joking and all around nice guy, but what he didn't know is that my 15 year dog was at the vet having surgery and I was concern he might not make it he was so friendly that just for that short time I was able to forget my dog. Billy and his team were amazing. They manged to find some life out of 6 batteries that I completely neglected. They also walked me through the reasoning for my batteries getting to the state I put them in and how to maintain them during their life. They deserve more than 5 stars at the Monroe store. This is the first store I have walked into since the pandemic and got wowed by just not the service but how everything was delt with for safety. This is the place to go if you need a battery. Jake is super knowledgeable and very helpful. I wish I would have know about this place sooner, I could have saved a fair amount of money and time. If you need a battery for your phone or for your tractor, they probably have it. They also make custom battery cables. read more

I just had them install a 8 year warranty battery in my wife's Mercedes for $80 less than Mercedes wanted for a 5 year battery. They were fast and very competent with the installation and did not lose any of the cars electronic setting in completing the installation. I highly recommend Billy in the Monroe store. read more
