This cowboy outfit inserted a replacement battery in my girlfriend's car back in Feb 2023 that has already failed. I understand this can happen, but let's talk about that battery installation. #1 No brand name markings. Nothing to correlate the invoice to the product ... if anything, lends to them installing a Duracell branded battery, but it's not. States A23 on the label. Their paperwork has 35N 51R marked. Very suspicious. #2 My girlfriend called me one day. Car wouldn't start. Why? One of the connectors was loose and had worked its way off!?? Shoddy installation. I don't know if the installer (Anthony) didn't clean the connector or whether arcing had caused the accumulated mess, but it was in a real bad way. #3 Good luck getting in touch with them to address figuring out a replacement. The number Anthony left was not accepting calls or texts. Looking up the main business number proved equally fruitless, with a full voicemail box. Needless to say, I won't be letting this business go anywhere near a car if I have a say in the matter. I've worked on cars extremely rarely, but my rookie workmanship outshines that of ER Auto Rescue by a country mile!

The young man who helped me was so knowledgeable about everything and checked all of it for me AND recommended me take photos of each of the codes so I could show them to a mechanic. He assured me that there was nothing wrong with any of the things I had him check and told me the codes were something else entirely I was so relieved. Well of course it shows that its charged because I had to get a jump start in my driveway in order to drive over to them. And no, i do not either the time or a second car to wait until the next day and come back when it dies overnight again. You should have honored your warranty without this oh so easy way out of it. I will NEVER shop there or any other location ever again. Confirmed with a mechanic that it was indeed the battery (his quote "the swelling on the sides of the battery tells you its bad) that was bad and found another auto parts dealer that replaced it and told me if I had bought it from them they would have honored the warranty with the understanding that if it didn't fix the issue they would not replace it again.

And really, I had been filling my tires with air too often. I decided to end my tired troubles and buy two tires, then come back later to have them put on because I was short on time. Once they got my car in the garage, the manager asked why I thought I needed a new tire? Turns out they checked both front end tires and found no leak at all. The manager then offered to REFUND my tire purchase. He billed me only for the labor. When asked why he did that, he explained, he'd much rather make a customer for life, than make a one-time $200+. That's excellent character in action. I plan on buying all my future tire from FL Auto Service & Sales.
