Fast, efficient and friendly. Went in because my car wouldn't start. I got a jump to get there. It was 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday. Got help right away. I was afraid I was going to have to play the "helpless woman" card and ask them to change the battery for me, but he tested it first to verify the battery needed to be replaced, showed me my options without pushing me toward one or the other and then just went right out to change it. Took about 15 minutes total from when I got there, including a little extra thing he said he has to do anytime he changes a battery. And, unlike everything else these days, they don't ask for a tip when you check out, although you would think they could/would since they do actually perform a service for you. read more

Ordered 3 things for my day off project using an online tool. Order $50 or more and get 15% off was a great deal and got the pads, an air filter and the brake lube. It was near closing time, so I was planning on picking up the next day. I was getting my dinner from the 5 star drive-thru restaurant next door and finding out this store was closing late today. Their posted online store hours were off by 2 hours. After waiting for a few minutes, I was helped by a friendly young lady regarding my online orders. Well, one item was out of stock, $1.99 lube was being shipped to the house and ended up with only the brake pads. Got 1 out of 3, not bad huh? Last time, I ordered a rear wiper blade and.... they didn't have it in stock. I'm confident that their system is not communicating well and probably the best bet is to call the store for availability before heading out here. At least, I got to pick up my dinner.... If I could give zero stars, I would. David's behavior was completely unprofessional and frankly disgraceful. While I was visiting, he openly talked down about his own coworkers to customers, with those very coworkers standing nearby. It was uncomfortable, inappropriate, and shockingly immature. To make matters worse, David carried himself like he was in charge...barking orders, interrupting others, and generally acting like the manager, which I later found out he is not. His attitude was condescending and his behavior was downright childish. It's baffling how someone like this is even still employed. His presence reflects poorly on the entire business. Management needs to seriously reconsider allowing someone so toxic to represent their brand. He does not belong in a customer-facing role--if any role at all. Avoid him if you can, and if you're management reading this: do better. David is driving people away. read more

This is a great place to go if you have nothing to do that day and would like to sit around and wait for the one employee that they have in the store to help you out. The shelves are halfway stocked. I hate that this is the closest automotive store to my house. 98% of the time it's well worth the drive to go somewhere else. I suggest making the drive. read more

This aap off lincoln and jordan is the worst costumer service ever. I've had a bad experience every time ive gone in there. I've seen the workers smoke weed in there and then go straight into the store and try to help people but there so stoned that they dont even know whats going. I DO NOT RECOMMAND ever going there. Couple times I've been to this store to get parts and interacted with a "staff member"the first time he was very rude and generally not helpful when looking for motorcycle oil... pointed in the general area of where it was and left me to figure out the rest with no customers in the store, I guess looking on the computer was more important than selling product. More recently I stopped by to get some hose lines, the "staff member" took me to the back area, showed me where the hoses were and again just watched as I tried to figure things out. When I told him he was not helping and that someone else should help me he asked "what do you want me to do? Pull it out my backside"... I'm speechless, I'll go the extra mile and visit NAPA, they have been great since I started shopping there, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. read more

I have been buying parts from this store for the last 15 years. The one time I needed to return a part that had a lifetime warranty they couldn't find my original purchase in there crappy computer. I've gone into this place a couple times. I purchased brake pads and rotors. They gave me the wrong rotors for my car and the brake pads were also incorrect. Somehow the wrong pads got put into the right box. I did a return to a different store and they were apologetic and very helpful. When I went back here to return the rotors I mentioned the problem all I was told is that s**t happens. The staff is not particularly nice on a good day. There are several other parts stores in Parker and I would recommend any of them over this one. read more

I've been in this store before but failed to write a review earlier. My previous experiences have been decent only noting the length of the wait to be assisted as a sour note. However, this last time I visited, I wasn't pleased. It wasn't crowded and there wasn't a wait but when I walked to the counter to request a headlight for a Jeep, the guy who assisted me was abrupt, unfriendly, and somewhat condescending as if, as a woman, I wouldn't know the first thing about what I was asking for or the make-up of a vehicle so he was just going to go over the top with his prowess. I probably won't visit this location again, especially, since I have found a location a bit closer to me. read more

Had to get a new wiper blade in the middle of a snow storm, and I am unable to wear a mask do to a medical condition, and they refused to sell me the wiper blades. I have spent thousands of dollars at advanced and make no mistake I will never give them another penny. read more

The customer service at this location is top notch! They helped me with my battery and I know absolutely nothing about cars but they didn't make me feel stupid. They are respectful and did some troubleshooting to help me. The initial person I spoke with was the manager. Then the cashier , then the assistant manager that was great. They all were great. January 15, 2018 I called to find out about getting rotors and brake pads for a Volvo. The man on the phone was very nice and knowledgeable. After talking to him, I decided to go with the more expensive ones because they would last longer. Anyway on January 16, 2018 I went into this store to purchase what I discussed the night before. I also needed some other parts. There was this guy on the phone chit chatting with someone else. The other employees were working with other customers. I patiently waiting for this guy in the sweater cap get off the phone. After he got off the phone, the phone rang again and he answered the phone and didn't even bother with me. All I said was "wow" and left. I guess my money and business didn't matter. I'm happy the store is going so great that the employees like him can be RUDE. Today, I went to the store at jordan and lincoln in parker, co. I was looking for touch up paint for my car, but they didnt have it. Told david that I needed the paint today. I asked if he knew somewhere close where I might find the paint. He told me he isnt going to help direct me to a competitor. I said "ok, wow" and he shrugged his shoulders. I called napa and they didnt have it, but recommended I go to auto zone.....they had it. Instead of recommending another store and keeping my business, his attitude will keep me from returning. It's an auto parts store; they don't have a huge selection of accessory type stuff here but they have what you need to fix your vehicle. The staff isn't incredibly helpful compared to other places in Parker. They aren't like jumping across the counter to help you even if you are a chick wearing a low cut shirt with big boobs. read more

i went to get a new battery a little less than a year ago cause the first one craped out and i got that one in Kansas. They made fun of me cause i gave them my 913 phone number (Kansas) and asked what i was doing out here and where todo... hahaha fucking funny never heard that... then the dumbass that was putting in my battery hand no idea what the fuck he was doing! he broke the harness!!! and blamed me for it. cause it had "so much wear" i had to drive all the way were i had my car getting worked on the same day before i went there and luckly they had the harness since AAP didnt have one for the most common car in CO a Ford Explorer. and they gave them to me for free since i told them about what happened... they had a very puzzled look. i will never be going to this AAP ever again and ive been telling people to not go there. read more

I love Advance Auto. They always have whatever I need in stock, offer some great deals via promo codes if you place the order online and pick up and their customer service is second to none. Case in point: I had some struts for my truck that I bought about two years prior but never installed. I ended up trading in the truck and took them back with the receipt. Now the guy at the Quincy store told me I was SOL, so I took them to the Parker store and the manager said "There is something we can do - we can take them back and give you a store credit". Can't ask for more than that. read more

I have been a customer for many years. This past Saturday I went to start my 2002 Subaru and it was dead. I jumped it and drove around thinking that would work. Later that night about 7:50PM. I got in and tried to start it and it was dead again. I jumped the car and quickly drove to Advanced Auto where I had purchased the battery 5 months ago. I arrived 3 minutes after closing. They were still helping customers so I hoped they could help me. Keith came out and after telling me they were closed still offered to test the battery. He tested it and determined it was so drained that it could not be charged and needed to be replaced. He asked me to come back at 10 am Sunday when they opened again. He said he was working and could be happy to fix it. When I explained had to go to Church and my daughters volleyball game in the morning, he ask to to wait while he checked something out. Next thing I know Keith is rolling out a cart with tools and a new battery. He quickly installed my new battery and was very nice and helpful even though they had been closed for 30 minutes by then.
