He was more than pleasant during our interaction to a level that, if I may hyperbolically exclaim, is worthy of Sainthood. He had brown curly hair in a ponytail. This is my go to store for everything automotive. They're easy to work with and most are product knowledgeable.

This was the 30 minutes of hell. 3 employees there when I get in, they're cussing and laughing and talking about how they hate work. No greeting, not asking me what I'm looking for. So I spend time looking for an item. One guy is ends up helping a single customer for the entire time I'm there. other guy checks out of work but not before joking with his buddies about doing sexual favors. Other guy spends his time answering the phone. So in short by the time I go to grab my 1 item and check out, I'm waiting for either the 1 guy to get off the phone or the other guy to finish helping his 1 customer. So I go and look at another item, big mistake because now I'm waiting behind 2 people. This is about as slow as they come, and the line is backing up. I have an 06 GMC Envoy that has a relay issue that keeps failing every 6 or so months.. with the relay costing around $30 each I was thankful for the Limited Lifetime warranty.. I have used this location a number of times and for the most part the staff is knowledgeable enough.. my only suggestion would be that they be a little more cheerful.. More times than not I go in here and buy stuff and today really set me off, I'm tired of making a purchase of usually $20 minimum and after the transaction I don't even get so much as a thank you or anything I'm not going to thank them for selling me something they need to say thank you to their customers when they come in and purchase items not just stand there and stare at you like a moron. I'm going to AutoZone from now on this place really sucks I am so tired of it. Went in to get some parts for my car, the woman at the register was on her phone scrolling Facebook (obviously more important than the questions we had about the parts we needed) SIDE NOTE: The rest of the employees were knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to finding out parts. When it came time to check out she was scrolling through her phone paying no attention. She said "it's ready" and pointed at the card reader. Very terrible customer service would definitely recommend this parts store but only on her days off! read more

I have bought many items from this location. However, I arrived at 4:15 and the person that does brake turning leaves at 5:30 and they were not willing to perform the service. It seemed like employees weren't interested in providing quality customer service. To better cater to customers, technicians should come in at 5:30 and leave at closing or train more people on the equipment. I like the place but they already tried to rip me off 2 times. They advertise great prices but its actually more. 1 time I went to buy stuff to wash my car. (sprays, sponges, soup, water pressure gun, rags) I did my math to make sure I could afford it and everything would come out to around 15. Well when i went to pay everything was more expensive that what it said on the tag except for a car freshener ($2). everything came up to a total of around $35 I told him what the price on the tag was but he said that they forgot to change it and he wouldn't sell me the stuff for the price on the tag. I left with only the air freshener. second time I went to buy some thing (i don't remember what) same thing happened, tag was not correct. I told him Why dont they fix their prices. He said that there is a lot of stuff and they can't keep up with it. Seriously? They got like 6 workers doing nothing. autozone has all their price tags correct and they only have 2 or 3 workers which are busy all the time. How can that be? napa sucks too read more

We have a hard to find vehicle and ordered an alternator for it. They said it would take about 7 days to come in and they would email us when it arrived to the store. Today is the 10th day so we called and it had never been ordered. No apology. Looks like Napa for us. read more

My car wouldn't start and I was so grateful to see O'Reilly's directly across the street. I dashed the 30 feet into the auto parts store and asked if one of the employees could come and test my battery for me. The employee told me no, they were not able to leave the parking lot with the tester. I explained that I was parked LITERALLY across the street and that my children and dog were waiting for me over there. He suggested I push the car across the street or get it jumped, but he nor any other of the multiple employees offered me assistance with either of these options. He told me to stop a person passing by and ask them to jump my car. I asked if I could borrow a pair of jumper cables and one of the other employees, as if frustrated by me let me know that they wouldn't allow me to take any jumper cables unless I had paid for them. Leaving, I found a customer in O'Reilly's parking lot who crossed the street and jumped my car. What a sad state of affairs when the customers of O'Reilly's Auto Parts have better customer service than the employees. Needless to say, I bought my battery else where and will NOT be returning! read more
