I have highest recommendations for this Pasco business. The service that I received was way beyond good. I feel like they thought I was a celebrity or a VIP! I needed to get a full charge on my corvette. It needed to stay overnight. This business went so far as to take me home that night And pick me up in the morning! My wife took our vehicle in to have them look at the AC which wasn't blowing cold air. They said the compressor was bad and quoted $2500 to rebuild it. I got over the phone estimates for about $1500 at other places based on their diagnosis. We took it to another mechanic shop and they put freon in, it was very low before. AC has been working great for a couple weeks now. They also checked the brakes and said the front pads were at 2mm and needed replaced. We had the brakes looked at by a tire shop a short while before taking it to these guys and again after their inspection, both times the pads were measured at 4mm and still had life. How does a shop miss on 2 different inspections! Read the other reviews and decide for yourself but I will never be taking anything to these guys again. I must note I did call and talk to the manager who refused a refund unless I take it back for another inspection. Sorry, not wasting more of my time on these guys. I feel like I would need to look over their shoulder and view everything for myself at this point and I really don't have the patience. read more

"REALLY TIGHT SCHEDULE next week" Stopped by to get an appoint for follow week,just need a simple battery test. I'm traveling through (but I lived here 30 years ago) the area and this place was recommend. I need to get battery check out. I left without any service, an appointment or without anyone asking for my contact information. I felt1 they didn't want my business and I couldn't help wondering if my husband come in, would he have gotten the same level of service...? I came here because they had the cheapest oil change and alignment out of 13 different places I called in tri-cities. I wish I would have never given them my business. I dropped my Chevy off at 8am. They called me about an hour in saying my rear breaks needed to be replaced immediately and that it would be a little over $400 to do so. Told me how to do financing and to call back if I was approved. The first place I called was under $200, so I let them know I would not be getting it done and to just finish my alignment and oil change. I get another call saying that they can only do an alignment if I purchase a chamber adjusting kit and an alignment camber/toe bolt kit, which would total another $499. I told them that I couldn't afford that either and so they told me they did my oil change and to come get my car, and that they could not do my alignment. I came in to get my car, and asked them to see the tech report on my breaks- it said they were at 4mm in the rear which is not something that immediately needs to be done. The invoice states that they were at 3mm and that I declined the necessary repairs. When I asked about it he tried to ignore both statements and say that they were in the danger zone (under 2mm in the rear) completely ignoring me when I asked why neither the invoice or tech report shows that. My original estimate went from $177, to $636.90, to $1380.27. I took it elsewhere and paid a total of $75 because none of that was true. Highly unsatisfied. read more

Needed a new battery ASAP and told the service manager that I wanted the cheapest battery they had, He quoted me a price in the low nineties, which was fine. When it was all done, he told me it was $175.00, because they didn't have the cheap one in stock. Textbook bait and switch. He had it installed already, and I wanted to go home, which was 130 miles north, so I paid it. Never again with these guys. read more

the pasco store is nothing but a bleed out for your money.they overcharge and do not fix the problem first,and if they do they will gouge you for every penny they can.i paid 2500 for a tranny leak and still have a tranny leak,but for ANOTHER600$ then miraculously they can fix it! I will never go back and will tell all I know NOT to go to tricity batterys,pasco store.they expect everything from the costumer but can't see from there standpoint.I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS STORE!!!!! read more

I had purchased a battery in 2015 from this location, and unfortunately my car would not start. I headed to TC battery in Pasco and I was Immediately greeted out at my car. The technician was called right away. I was there just a few minutes before they closed, but they pulled a team together with the intent to get me back on the road. My battery wouldn't hold a charge so they checked to ensure it wasn't my alternator. They determined the Alternator operated properly so they moved on to checking cells in the battery. They didn't jump to any conclusion that I truly needed just a battery to get me quickly out the door. By performing the necessary tests, they determined that I needed a new battery and gave me a discount. I would highly recommend this location for your battery needs! read more

Worst experience ever. I go in to get a simple tire change (winter tires put on). I walk in and am greeted. I explain what I'm there for and that I'm just dropping my car off. The man tells me to wait for phil to help. He then turns to another customer who is there to get a battery and helps him. So I wait 15 minutes for phil. Turn around time was an hour and a half which isn't to bad. But then when I get there to pick it up the man who couldnt help me earlier still can't, but can help another customer check out. Ian (another associate) tries to check me out, but can't because he doesn't know how to process my card. He then spends 10 minutes trying to figure it out. Finally, he tells me I will have to wait for phil to get back from his brake. Another 5 minutes pass and phil gets back and I can finally pay and leave. This was by far the most disfunctional TC Battery. I normally go to the one in kennewick and have no problems. I should of figured there would be a reason why Kennewick and Richland's were packed until after the holiday but pasco had time. read more

They kept my vehicle for one entire week for a simple wiring job that should have taken maybe an hour. No phone calls. Only excuses. Remember these are their favorite ones that you will hear over and over----"So sorry but we have been so very busy" or "we are down on man power today but will get to it tomorrow for sure". I am a managing broker realtor----if my client asked me to present an offer to purchase a home and I told them "gosh, I am sorry but I have been really busy" and they lost the house because I was "too busy" they would find another realtor and likely file a complaint and rightfully so. This is the kind of customer service you can expect at Pasco Tri City Battery. BUYER BEWARE. Go somewhere else. Oh and when I got there outrageous bill I protested paying it. It was a slap in my faces. The wiring in my dash was still hanging out AFTER I paid and took my vehicle home. I pushed the wired back in and found 4 screws to fix the plate back onto my dash to hold the wires from popping out. Unbelievable!!! read more

My mom's van overheated by their shop in Pasco. She pulled in and asked them for help. They told her that the heater core was leaking and provided a quote for repair. They also gave her a ride home. All great service to that point. Approximately 45 min after my mom left I got a phone call (I was providing payment for the repair) saying they broke a bolt off in the manifold and demanded I pay an additional amount to have them drill and tap the manifold for a new bolt. This to me is outrageous! Why should I pay an additional amount for a part they broke. When I asked the manager why I am paying for their mistake he was rude and got a smart mouth with me. We were unable to resolve the issue and I requested he put the vehicle back into the same condition I brought it to him in and I would take it to another shop. Later in the day I received a call from him and he said when he called me earlier in the day he already had the parts installed and finished 3/4 of the job. So he went ahead and finished the repair. My mom came over to their shop before closing to pick up the keys and the manager berated her in front of 2 other customers and ended the episode saying to her that this repair shop was not for us! I grew up in the tri Cities and have never experienced such horrible customer service and ethics from a shop manager. Not to mention my mother is 77 years old and should never be treated like this by anyone. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
