When i returned the unopened part next day the owner charged 10% restocking fee. To my comment that no other store would do that he said that "we chage for that". In my case it was only about $6. Very petty and I understand why my friend mechanic complained when the same owner refused to take back the new part that was purchased at other Napa location. Very pety and cheap attitude toward customers. My suggestion is to avoid this NAPA location, much better and frindly attitude toward customers in Napa Peabody or Woburn or Beverly.

NAPA in Salem on Margin st. is overpriced, and doesn't even have ALLDATA for informational purposes. I have been an ASE certified mechanic for 10+ years. Every parts store I know has ALLDATA or some form thereof to look up obsolete capacities and current ones.
