A few weeks ago my husband was hit but someone running a red light. Luckily he was fine but his driver side fender and side mirror was not. After a call to our insurance he got an appointment for a repair but it was weeks away. I was out running errands and passed O'Reilly and figured I would stop in to see if they may have a temporary solution for the side mirror. Now listen, I'm not a car person. I don't pretend to be a car person, I know very little. But I do know when I'm blatantly being ignored and that's pretty. much what happened here. I walked up and down the aisles searching for the mirrors and the guy behind the counter didn't even in look in my direction. I was the only one in the store, hovering over the side mirror replacements, trying to find the matching one for the mirror. I saw him walk by, still nothing. I juggled the big book of parts to look up the number I needed for the make/model of our car and not a peep. Sure, I could have asked for help but at this point I was stubborn. "Ignore me? Fine, I can do that too." Ultimately I wasn't able to find the exact fit I needed but I did get a mirror panel we could cut to size. Better than nothing? I took my purchase up to the counter and once again, the fella barely acknowledged my existence, even while he was ringing me up. And sure, maybe he was having a bad night, or he's just not a talkative person but it either way it wasn't a super pleasant experience. Ironically we never needed to use the side mirror plate as I found the exact size we needed online. So now I have to go back and return the darn thing but I'm not exactly in a hurry to return... read more

I recently visited O'Reilly on West Stadium Blvd to purchase a car battery. I intended to install it myself using the tools I brought along. Unfortunately, I realized that I didn't have the correct tools for the job. So I went inside to purchase the battery to take home. While inside, I also remembered that my front and rear wipers were as useful as.. IDK decaf coffee. Amanda was working at the counter this morning. She looked up my vehicle information and informed me that, after assisting the current customers in the store, she would be able to help me with changing the battery and exchanging the used one. Not only did she install and exchange the batteries, she also replaced the wiper blades. Her willingness to go above and beyond to assist me was truly appreciated. Amanda's professionalism and dedication to customer service made my experience seamless and pleasant. Thank you, Amanda, for your exceptional help! You're a rockstar!! read more

Battery died at grocery store. OReilly is open till 10 pm. grabbed a battery, replaced it in the morning, returned for core charge at 8am. The counter helpers were very friendly and helpful. read more

Curtis is amazing and so helpful! He helped us find a part really fast and even installed it with ease. Even though we have a big Sprinter van, he knew just what to do. Go let him help you, and give him a tip ;) cheaper and just as good as going to a mechanic Also, if the manager reads this, keep that man around, and give him a raise! :) read more

Dear O'Reilly, Thank you for being open until 10pm. I needed to repair a muffler pipe after 9pm. I thought "nobody is going to be open", but I checked O'Reilly's website anyway and sure enough, I had time to get there and get what I needed. Andre was super helpful and got me on my way. It's 11pm now and the car is fixed. And this isn't the first time these guys have helped me out. 5 months ago, in 10 degree weather, I needed a new battery. These guys had the battery I needed, and installed it for free. I know, it's only a 5 minute job, but that's a long 5 minutes when your grabbing on to cold metal, and my hands were already frozen from trying to jump start it in the first place, and I was in a business suit. These guys have earned my business time and again. I will definitely be back. read more

Mostly O'Reilly auto is fine and most of the employees I speak to are very helpful and nice. However, they have some who act pretty unprofessionally right in front of customers. Once employees were talking openly at the counter about fighting and how the one always carries a knife (fine on it's own, except that he made statements to his coworker along the lines of "that's why you should never argue with me" which is kinda off-putting) A second time, one employee at the counter was told that someone said he needed to move his truck, per the manager at a store nearby and he barked out "she can shove it!" in front of me and another two customers. He went on a little rant about the situation, and not in "diplomatic terms". This is fine and dandy if you're off to the side, or wherever, just not in front of customers. Most of the people I've met there are helpful, but the level of bullheaded anger and unprofessional choices of where to speak are discouraging. read more

I have been repairing cars and trucks for 15 years everything from oil changes to complete rebuilds of differentials and engine swaps. This means I have been to every parts store in town and I always am satisfied with this location. What makes it stand out to me is the knowledgable and helpful employees. Most of them are mechanics or used to be and they are no nonsense honest and give good advice. They have a challenging job with long hours and are in my opinion probably underpaid yet they are always friendly fast and frankly way more on point than the dealership parts counters I have had to work with. The staff is friendly and shows an amazing dedication to helping their customers. In frigid winter temperatures, they did not stop attempting to pry out my corroded old battery and get the new one successfully mounted. I have never been so impressed with customer service!! Yesterday was the super bowl. In the midst of the super bowl my girlfriends car got stuck on the side of the road due to snowmaggedon ( the horrible winter storm we had ). I went to go pick her up and my windshield wiper snapped off and broke. I called O'Reilly's desperately to see if they could do anything for me. The two men working Jan.1st 2015 drove me over parts after they closed the store, they got stuck on the way over so they walked over to my house to help me out. They were freezing when they got here. Marc was sooo nice and helpful. I was told by several places that they couldn't change my headlights. Marc took the time, when it was freezing cold out, and changed them for me. He also sold me extremely reasonable lights, when every other place tried to rip me off... My lights were $15. Belle Tire tried to sell them to me for $50. SO thankful he went out of his way. It saved me a pretty penny and he was a pleasure to work with. read more
