I was out running errands and passed O'Reilly and figured I would stop in to see if they may have a temporary solution for the side mirror. Now listen, I'm not a car person. I don't pretend to be a car person, I know very little. But I do know when I'm blatantly being ignored and that's pretty. much what happened here. I walked up and down the aisles searching for the mirrors and the guy behind the counter didn't even in look in my direction. I was the only one in the store, hovering over the side mirror replacements, trying to find the matching one for the mirror. I saw him walk by, still nothing. I juggled the big book of parts to look up the number I needed for the make/model of our car and not a peep. Sure, I could have asked for help but at this point I was stubborn. "Ignore me? Fine, I can do that too." Ultimately I wasn't able to find the exact fit I needed but I did get a mirror panel we could cut to size. Better than nothing? I took my purchase up to the counter and once again, the fella barely acknowledged my existence, even while he was ringing me up. And sure, maybe he was having a bad night, or he's just not a talkative person but it either way it wasn't a super pleasant experience. Ironically we never needed to use the side mirror plate as I found the exact size we needed online. So now I have to go back and return the darn thing but I'm not exactly in a hurry to return...

It is conveniently located on the corner of Hewitt and Washtenaw Avenue in Ypsilanti. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out of. The young man behind the counter was very helpful showing me a variety of choices and telling me which ones he would definitely not recommend and which ones he thought we're good. I picked a windshield wiper and went to pay. He then asked me if I needed help installing it. I said why yes, that would be awesome. Two guys came out to my car and in 10 seconds put a new windshield wiper blade on my car. In and out with the wiper blade replaced in under five minutes! I highly recommend this business.

I called Bamco and spoke with a young man who told me he could get the parts and have it installed on Monday May 5th the day after I purchased the truck. They come to your house and do everything on site and the work was amazing and the price was even better, even beating UHaul's price by over a Hundred dollars. I helped my brother in law move from Lake City FL back to Tampa Bay and the hitch did it's job. I would recommend you get a quote from these gentleman first before looking anywhere else, they were that good. So I went to the AA and the canton locations and got it taken care of by both locations. But my last visit went better. There was an older gentleman and a younger woman who I kicked off with immediately. They took care of me and my coupon snaffu that visit right away and easily. It's a good average like location from the little I've been there and used it. If I need something major or harder to find so far I believe the canton location is better. So far. They had the audacity to suggest several thousand dollars in unnecessary repairs but simultaneously issued a disclaimer stating that they could not guarantee any if these repairs would fix the problem. I was still charged the diagnostic fee despite having nothing to show for their "work," and I got an oil change out of pure necessity. Setting $400.00 on fire would've been more productive than the help I received from TJ and staff. And I still had to drive away anxious at the thought of the car breaking down on the highway again. To top it off, there is now a completely new code showing up that Stadium either caused, didn't check for, or neglected to mention. I'm ashamed to admit that these so-called honest experts totally ripped me off, but they would have made my situation way worse if I had approved any more of their recommended repairs. After my experience, I wouldn't even trust them to fix a microwave meal.
