They were the only ones that would bring trailers to our shop to see if they would work with our driveway. They first brought a low deck trailer that didn't quite make it so they returned with another one that was a little taller that worked great! Their customer service is amazing and the price was super competitive. I will definitely be buying all of our future trailers from them!

It's a 2 hour drive from where I live to the dealer and I was pulling a big triple axle 45'toy hauler down there. Mike assured me that the trailer was available and I told him I'd be there the next day to trade in my toy hauler. When I got there the next morning I was told by a salesman that 1. They don't take toy haulers in on trade and 2. The horse trailer was already sold. I was beyond pissed and the dealership couldn't care less. I took a whole day off work and spent well over $200 in fuel to trade in my trailer for a trailer I was guaranteed was available. The least they could have done to make it right would've been to offer to pay for some fuel for wasting my time. Absolutely NOT a good way to do business. I have a lot of friends and family in Springville that I'll ensure steer clear of buying from this dealer. Their Facebook page also states they buy all trailers but they told me in person they don't buy toy haulers because "Parris RV is down the road, take it to them."

But they did sell one to me; they pointed out that it was Duralast and I had a 3 year warranty on it. It had a built code of 12/20 on it side. I bought it at Autozone 1 month after I moved to Springville in 3/21. They told me if I went to Autozone they would replace it. Two young men at Autozone admitted that it was still under warranty, but they did not find it in the system and were CLEARLY afraid of swapping it out with a new one. They said we had to wait for 10 minutes for their Manager Valentine H. He arrived and I could see why the 2 young men we so afraid. He treated me as if it was my fault the purchase was not in the system and that somehow I was trying to do something nefarious with my 18 month old battery that clearly had a 3 year warranty. In an accusatory voice Valentine said I had come by 3 months ago talking about the battery as if that was evidence of a scam. I have 5 cars, 2 of which are old Land Cruisers and have bought 2 new cars that needed batteries lately. I have no idea if I did talk with him about it, I don't remember doing so, but have no idea how that is a bad thing? I told him was first confused and did not know what I had done wrong and why he was treating me as if i was a conman. I was confused, but now I am angry. I need a battery for another car, I will be going to another shop to buy it.
