There was a gentlemen named Michael! It was a brief interaction on my end my fiancé and his friend were the ones he was helping but he was so kind and willing to help with tools and scanners we needed to fix the problem he was just so genuinely nice he probably didn't even realize how much his kindness helped us I had 3 kids in the car and we had to get back home to Vegas and we made it home safe ! Customer service is always great. They are helpful and consistently responsive. I've had battery issues and they replaced and fixed.

My son's truck blew a radiator hose and he was stranded with his wife and 3 small kids. Jeremy, the commercial manager, got the info and not only found the hide, but had it delivered To where my son was stuck. Andy , the guy that delivered the hose, helped my son install the hose and got them on the road for Thanksgiving. Unbelievable customer service. I can't recommend them high enough. I love auto parts stores. Not much I can review about an O'Reilly's that car guys don't know about. My experience was simple. Walked in, got some cleaning supplies, was checked out fast, guy was friendly and on my way I went. That last sentence does not sound right, lol. I was quickly attended and charged for my purchase. I came in here to borrow their check engine machine but the guy said because it was night time, he couldn't do it. So I drove a block down the road to AutoZone who did it for me. I highly recommend O'Reilly's for any auto part need. They are so helpful and they go out of there way to make sure their customers get what they need, even if it's from another shop. My 73 Year old mom went into their shop recently with some windshield wipers she had ordered from an on-line place. She went to O'Reilly's because she thought she had purchased the wrong stuff and expected to have to pay to buy the correct one. Not only did the guy let her know that what she bought was correct but he took the time to go outside and install the other competitor's wipers on her car for her. I wish she had gotten his name because I would like to thank him so much. That is above a beyond excellent customer service. We will be taking all of our business to them from now on. Horrible went there for a fuel filter knowing that my year was strange I told him that the one that comes up will not be it. So he looks up my truck and asks if that's it about the fuel filter . No I just told you it is not. Well obviously he is not smart enough to look for it after I told him it looks like a 1965 mustang filter but shorter. Nope the only thing he can do is look it up in the computer. A robot could do that job so no filter. Go to Napa and they started looking for it and found it. read more

See autozone review for back story walked in today 4 or 5 customers in the store. was greeted asap by Desi. I asked for a helicoil kit 3/8 - 16 size. desi went in back and got the part kit. Desi got me exactly what I asked for ( a Helicoil kit) not some generic garbage. and he knew exactly where to get it. From parking in the lot to driving out of the lot with my part was maybe 6 minutes. the staff was pleasant and fast. read more

Obviously a new store as I had to add it to Yelp to leave this review. Serious improvement needed fast if they intend to stay in business here. Employees were rude, coming across with a "I don't give a damn" attitude. Waited for over 20 minutes to get someone to help me with the part I needed, then was just pointed down an aisle to figure it out myself (if I could do that I wouldn't have needed help!) I asked the clerk to show me the right one & she just reached out and grabbed something. I asked if she was sure, since she didn't seem to put much thought into, and she acted like I was stupid for asking. Of course, after I got home found out it was the wrong part. Lastly, side parking lot obviously gets no sun so parking spots there were very icy & slippery. It is best for all to have thriving business - get it together folks! read more

I will never shop at this store again due to how rude the young clerk was toward the woman ahead of me in line and then how he was toward me. He looked up a part and then proceeded to talk back to me and not help me with what I was asking for. This particular young man was out of order enough to where I refuse to shop there again. No customer service, no human decency. Came here on our way out of town (4 hrs from home and destination) stranded with our transmission in limp mode because of low cvt fluid. Showed up at 9, saw the last customer walking out as we pulled in to our space. We ran to the door and called the store. Explained we were stuck here without it and on our way to my nana's funeral at 10:00 the next morning. They said they had already balanced their tills. Truly despicable; no compassion. Found an auto zone and they were amazing. I would have given them zero stars but I don't think that would hurt their average. read more

Bought a battery from them less than 3 years ago and still under warranty. Battery is going bad and I tested it with a load tester and checked my alternator all good. They would not give me a new battery. They say the battery is still good...not! This battery is all sulfated up inside and you can see it when you take the caps off. They would not believe me so...good bye Oriellys!!! read more
