He told us it was $65 for a battery if we brought in the old battery. So, we stopped in today to make our purchase. We saw Darius & he seemed to have a better attitude. He wasn't short or rude like he was yesterday. We got the battery & he told us there's a 6 month warranty on it for 6 months. If we lose the receipt, the warranty is voided. There's no information on our receipt (ie. customer name or detailed battery information). So, I will be sure not to lose it. I recommend this place if you need a battery for the low, but that's about it.

Told him the color and what the dimensions were as for the positive side was indented. It was closer to the size of a C battery than an AA. He checked and said he had three different battery that fit my description. I started my 26 mile treck to the business. When I get there and show him , he shows me a battery that is a little longer than the one I want to replace. I asked him what did the other ones look like, you said you have three. He said he thought it was a different battery? As I described it in every way. Now they only have one that might work ????? I did buy it and it did not work. I brought it back for a refund. As I was leaving he said try the smoke shop down the road , they may carry the battery I need. I stopped in the smoke shop across from Knights Street lay gold course. As I walked in and was greeted by a guy. I said I was sent down from Battery shop, he said the number ID of the battery I needed. I did not say a word and he knew what I was looking for. He said the Battery place sends a lot of people down. They were out of stock on that battery at the time. Knowing what the guy at the Vape/ Smoke shop told me , why did the guy at the Battery place sell me a battery he knew did not work. That was a 54 mile trip to and from this business. Instead of doing the right thing for customers, they will sell you what knowingly will not work. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this business. They wasted my time, miles on my car and gas. All for nothing. Beware of the guy with colored hair.

Batteries Plus offers horrible phone repair services…read more Newman the so-called manager at the Knightdale store is more interested in diagnosing the scratches on my phone than the actual problem. These guys should stick to light bulbs and batteries. The phone repair service they offer sucks. They sent me to two stores and the first one claimed they didn't have the correct tool. And then Newman is a professional warranty expert for Samsung per his nonchalant smug voice. They wasted 2 weeks of my time knowing they were not going to repair my phone. Fortunately, I went to a different company and my phone was repaired with a different resolution and diagnosis by trained professionals and not fake technicians. Save your money and time by not going to this store or the durham store for phone repairs. I will buy a new phone before going to this place again. Bastards!!

manager is so rude and doesn't take accountability as the MANAGER, to run the store. had my phone…read moresince 9:30am, didn't show up to work until 11am, had to come back to do a security screening (fine part of the process) never called me to let me know the hour was up. called the store to see what the deal was, he took the phone from the associate to talk over me and argue!!!!! then had the nerve to argue with me again in person with the most condescending attitude about the fact he told me it would be an hour. was so rude had a smirk on his face not caring at all that I've had to come back and forth THREE times when living 40 minutes away. then I had to start the process all over because they didn't have the decency to just call me that I needed to come back like they did the first time. it is now 3:30pm and my phone is not done still. when I complained about not having my phone all day he said oh here.. handing me the phone and said just to come back in an hour.. why didn't you do that the first time?!?!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! drive further it is not worth it at all. I have never been treated so bad as a customer.

Came in to buy a new battery for my UPS. Service was friendly. Was assured by Michael that the…read morebattery sold to me was fully charged, and that all their batteries are sold fully charged. He did not check the charge on the battery before giving it to me. I get the battery home and install it into my UPS and the unit shows no charge in the battery. I call the store and speak with Megan. I tell her I am going to charge the battery and she says the UPS itself may be faulty. I agree. I charge the battery for 16 hours overnight with little hope. I turn it on, and lo and behold the UPS is showing a full battery charge. When I call to tell them they sold me an uncharged battery Megan tells me that this was "impossible" because all their batteries are sold fully charged. She speaks with Chris the manager, and comes back again with the same lame excuse "We only sell fully charged batteries." Well, pretty obvious that was not my experience. The arrogance is unreal. I am not offered a discount for my inconvenience, or at the very least, a longer warranty (they offer 1 year with battery purchases). Not even an apology. I doubt they care, but I will not return to this store.
