This is the best place in Kirkland to do the full body massage when I have a lower back and neck pain. The area is modern and nice.

Save your money & Time. This was just about my worst experience! I optioned for a deep tissue massage ( They charge more for that ) what I get is the masseuse tapping my back and the other half time massaging my scalp when I specifically asked to focus 80% on my shoulder. I go to many massage places but you know it's really bad when right after this one I called another one to get me in to get the proper massage that I was looking for on my shoulder. Here's a bonus! After collecting $80 for that none sense she was upset that I did not tip her. Right there and then I made sure to say this was my worst experience ever. This was a good experience overall. I went on a Monday evening and Angela did my gel nails after Gary did the shaping to get them nice and pointy. The beginning was a little awkward because it was kind of busy in the other rooms but not the nail area, so the guy was filing my nails. I think if he did the filing with a little more confidence and went in one direction instead of filling back and forth during the shaping part I would give five stars. The owner had not tried ombre or gradient nails before, so I provided a picture and she tested my idea or on her own nail and watched a video of the technique so she could do it in gel on my fingers. Then she treated one nail with the technique to make sure it could look good before continuing on the others. I appreciated her honesty rather than just saying she could do something and trying to wing it to seem competent. That evening she really took her time trying to get the gradient to look nice with the two pink colors in gel, and although it was my first time there and I was kind of shy and not knowing what to expect, I believe we made a good connection by the end of the evening. The price for gel is a little higher than some of the busier places in the area, but at least I never felt rushed and their uv machine that cures the gel is very fast and powerful for in between the coats. A couple of my nails have some pointy or bubbled areas, but 7/10 of them are totally smooth. The bubbly texture could be due to the stippling technique with the sponge for the gradient look and then them hardening each time in between the colored coats, so I'm not really that bothered by it. I got someone who could get a gradient to work in gel medium, and that makes me very happy. She was also kind and meticulous in the end to make sure to remove any excess polish left on my skin/or prevent them while applying the coats. read more

I have been to the O Spa many, many times over the past few months or so. Overall, most of the time, perhaps 70% of the time, I went for a foot massage, but about 30% of the time I went for a full body massage. Now, there are a number of girls at the Spa. In any case, only one or two of the girls that I tried were exceptional at giving a full body massage. Most of the others were below par. Now, I did not try all the girls for a full-body massage, but I did try more than a few, including the owner. Two of the girls gave me a full body massage that was well below par. In fact, all they did was sit next to me in a chair, play with their mobile phone with one hand, and rub my back with the other hand. And they did this for the duration of the entire one hour massage. Total waste of time and money. Because I liked these girls, I let it slide, and decided not to use their full-body services anymore. But on the other side of the coin, most of the girls gave a good foot massage. Getting a massage falls under the rules of YMMV. At the end of the day, you get what you get. But some girls who are very serious about their job (career) will go the extra mile to ensure they give you a great massage. Unfortunately, a couple of the girls that I liked did not do well at full-body massages. Now, this is my unbiased, objective, and honest review of O Spa. This review is based solely on my personal experiences and what I personally witnessed at the Spa. I gave the Spa a two star rating because, although the foot massages were very good, getting a good full body massage was like going to the Casino and playing Poker. Sometimes you win, but usually you don't. I would recommend that if you find a girl at the O Spa who gives a great full-body massage, then you should stick with her. I went to O Spa for waxing and the person doing the waxing, I hesitate to call her an esthetician or cerologist, seemed fairly new to the process. She barely spoke English, which wasn't particularly helpful but was able to understand enough of what I was asking for, but the waxing was extremely painful and took a very long time. Worst of all, she missed a ton of hair. I ended up going to another spa to get it fixed and the woman there ended up having to charge me full price because she essentially had to wax my legs completely. She was shocked by the bruising, broken hairs and ingrown hairs. I hesitate to add this because there was such a language barrier but the woman doing the waxing was trying to hard sell me on massage, and eventually offered me something that I'm not 100% sure she should have, legally. I'm not exactly sure if she was asking me what it seems like she was asking me, but I didn't bother clarifying since I wasn't interested, but regardless it was enough to ensure I wouldn't go back to O Spa for any of their services. read more

Took forever (over an hour) to do a very poor job. 2 pedis and it seemed like neither person had ever done one before, kept asking about what to do next. Nice people. Good price. However: It took 20 minutes of silence until my friend asked to put some music on. There's barely any color selection. It shouldn't take an hour for a standard mani (no nail polish) and almost 2 for an acrylic removal/shellac application. Didn't soak my fingers which has caused cuticle issues. I had a sub par experience here. The building smelled strange and the heat was on uncomfortably high in the treatment room. I had a waxing service done that was probably the worst I've ever gotten. They used the same waxing stick for my whole treatment rather than use a new stick each time they dipped into the wax (which is far more sanitary). The results left a few patches undone band the waxer was yelling a conversation through the door halfway through my service. Overall really disappointing. read more

I cannot recommend this place for a massage. It was the worst massage i have ever received? All she wanted to do was put massive amounts of oil on my legs and move it around. It appeared that she did not have any experience and her heart was not in it. She just wanted the money. It cost 70.00 and it definitely was not worth it. Pick another place to go. Me and my wife we were visiting my family in WASHINGTON in November. my sister took us to the O spa and got me a massage and my wife's nail and facial. My sister highly recommended this spa to us. The masseur did a very good job for my fatigue back and legs. Unfortunately I didn't remember her name :(.... Angela spent time and did shellac for my wife. My wife is picky on how people get her nails done. it had been 3 weeks, the color still like new. Both of us are very happy to share our experience in O spa. The environment does not seem professional at all, when I came to the spa, there was not anyone sitting at the desk in the front to see what I needed or to give me information about the spa. I waited for about 15 minutes and no one ever showed up. I arrived at the Spa at 10 and waited inside until 10:15. My husband stopped by a few days later, and noticed that the only clients coming inside were older men, and upon doing research about OSPA we found some of their advertisements on backpage which were very disturbing, and lead us to believe they offer more than massages. I really enjoy the massages at this place. They know how to really do a deep tissue massage however you have to be comfortable with your body enough that you don't mind being massaged in certain areas. They have always been able to get me in with and without an appointment, no problem. I have a membership elsewhere but I prefer this location over any of those and it's worth the extra money I pay. read more

I had a really good experience in Ospa. The spa itself is very pretty and cozy that I love .because the decorations was intentions that made you feel nature and relax. I had two times to visit Ospa . I still remember the lady's name who is Selena.she is really nice and strong. My back had a little problem before I got a massage.she was coordinated different way to help me and made me totally comfortable.I have to mention the ladies are very pretty and patiently. The second time I had an appointment for a facial with Angela.she has a lot of experience for different skin style .she starts off with analyzing your skin/face.she explained the good and bad about each area of my face and what I could do to improve those areas.I hadn't had a facial in a long time so there were a lot extractions done. My skin was so glowing after the treatment. I'd already introduced my friends to go this wonderful Spa.I ' d never hesitated to give them 5 stars.
