The only thing that has changed is my flavor preferences; I now roll with O's original and garlic parm. You cannot go wrong with any of their flavors. The other dishes they serve are really good too. May not be like the coastal chains out-of-towners are familiar with, but a good contender. I do enjoy their garlic Parmesan flavor quite a bit, it's a creamy milky garlic flavor not your usual BWW or Wingstop style. The Thai chili lime is, to me, a mild spicy, citrusy, and sweet flavor if you're wanting something to give a moderate kick. Certain sauces can make the skin less crispy, but it still has the crunch. They used to be my favorite wing spot. They used to double fry the chicken wings and they would come out super good and crunchy af. But they changed ownership and the new ownership has the same sauces but the wings are clearly not double fryer anymore, in fact the wings are undercooked and you can't get them to cook them well done or anything. My girl also loved this spot but the first time we ate there with the new ownership she said the chicken had a weird smell to it so my guess is they are also using subpar meat now too. Anyway this went from being my favorite wing spot to me never going there, if they went back to double frying the chicken like most Korean spots then I'd maybe be there twice a month or more but now 0 times a year. This city doesn't have bonchon so it's sad that a Korean wing spot was removed because the new owners want the food out of the kitchen faster. read more

Good place for wings! I love that the wings are actually a decent size, juicy, and are crunchy. The sauce selection is also wonderful! I haven't tried a sauce that I dont like, yet. The wait time and customer service has been good every time that I've visited the place. The dining area is also pretty spacious and very clean if you're in the mood to eat in. I tend to call my order in take my food to go so my gripe is that the prices aren't on the website but I understand that they fluctuate. Overall, this is an awesome place to stop and get your fix of chicken wings! They have a lot of other variety on the menu that I haven't yet but they all sound delicious. Definitely give O! These are THE best wings in St. Louis. Hands down. They are flavorful (without sauce), the perfect crisp, and overall wind perfection. Do not hesitate to come here, you won't regret it. We have never been impressed by Wing Stop, and this was only about a mile farther, so we decided to try it recently and it will probably become a regular stop for us. If you like spicy wings, I will warn you that none of their sauces packed extreme heat which is a little disappointing, but the base itself is the best thing in town, I promise. I can't wait to try some of their other items as well (from their Korean menu). It really has something for everyone. You must try at least once! read more

To be totally honest with you I would have had no idea that O! Wing Plus even existed if it wasn't for a post that that appeared in my Facebook feed one night. Luckily a friend also shared this list that encouraged me to stop in the following day for lunch, the wings were good I returned less than two weeks later. So far have opted for the 10 wing combo, which comes with 10 wings, two sauces, a side, and a drink. The wings themselves are fried before being smothered in sauce, ranging from mild to hot. So far I have tried the Thai Chili Lime, O's Original, Parmesan Garlic, & O's Teriyaki. I will admit that O's Original was probably my least favorite, with a tie for first with the Thai Chili Lime and Parmesan Garlic, both were delicious! For my side I have went with fries which taste like they came out of the freezer and right into the fryer, skip them and go with something else. Service is good, prices are reasonable, seating inside is adequate with about 8-10 tables, which has always been enough for the lunch time crowd. Wait times can be slightly longer than you would expect, however the food comes out fresh and hot. Forget about BWW, if you are craving wings you should consider making a trip to O! I'm not a typical wing person for the most part. I like them, but I don't love them. This place TOTALLY blew my mind! O! Wing's offers a great variety of flavors for wing sauces ranging from your typical buffalo sauce to their original sauce which is sweet and a bit spicy. The O's original is definitely my favorite. Although I don't eat wings that often, I know what qualities a good wing should have. A wing should be crispy on the outside, full of flavor, and the chicken should be nice and moist. This is exactly what their wings have! Biting into a wing gives you the crispy texture and delicious flavor and then you get the moistness of the chicken! Since I've been here several times already, I've also tried the chicken caesar wrap, the bulgogi salad, and their waffle fries! All of which met my standards and exceeded. Solid Solid wings place. We ordered O's Original, Parmesan Garlic, Honey Mustard, and Hot Mama. The wings are fried then coated on with their special sauces and I definitely recommend O's Original and Parmesan Garlic. The honey mustard mustard sauce tasted like just honey mustard from a bottle so if you like plain honey mustard go for this one. Hot mama didn't really stand out was just kinda like a buffalo hotwing mix. The O's Original had a unique taste so I'd definitely try this one and the Parmesan Garlic was a good solid parmesan garlic taste. O wings does it a little differently than the rest - which is why I come. The combos hit the spot - wings with tacos or wings with wraps. Hot Mama and Thai Chili Lime are my faves. Parm Garlic is a nice low-heat choice to balance. I like that they have carrots and celery as a side, so you end up with large crunchy bits, not floppy 1/16 sized sticks that are the usual with most wing orders. They have flat screen tv's, beyonce bumpin on the speakers, and wing plus written brightly on the wall. They're options range from wings, wraps, fish, fried rice, and dessert. I opted for the 5 wing combo which included one flavor,one side and a drink for 6.99. The wait time is approximately 10 mins. My Teriyaki wings were really good. I think i migt try the bee bee que sauce next. The fries were ok...nothing to rave about. Wingstop is right down the street and has way better fries! My husband and I love wings! Instead of going to Buffalo Wild Wings we decided to try a local spot and came across O! Wings-- we've been here twice and ordered: 20 wings with the original, hot mama, parmesan and Thai sauce. Our favorite is was the Thai sauce-- sweet and tangy with a bit of spice. Yum! We've also tried the Korean beef taco, Korean beef philly cheese steak and the Korean beef salad. The cheese steak was subpar and we wouldn't order it again. This place is known for their wings, and they're good and crispy, but sauces could have a bit more punch. The Korean taco and salad are great alternatives to the wings. So good!!! Husband was craving some wings so we drove 20 min to try these. We are from LA & there are a million wing places there but these are by far the best wings we have ever had. The group tried buffalo, original, Thai & teriyaki. All were great. Amazing size, amazing in store made sauces, soft fries with great seasoning. & some yummy looking desserts. I really want to like this place, I do but it was very "eh." The owner was very nice and welcoming- even let me try some sauces... But when it came to the food, I really don't think it was up to par. The meat itself was great, but all of the sauces were way too sugary and fake-tasting, if that makes any sense. The "garlic parmesan" was SO weird- it was like a fried wing with garlic sauce alioli on top with little strips of parmesan on top. It was less good (or gourmet) and more like someone trying to invent how to do a garlic parmesan at home. If you just need your kick of bbq wings- the regular sauce was fine. Just nothing special. And I also just thought that the portion of carrots and celery for .99 was kind of ridiculous- like 5 mini carrots and 5 little pieces of celery, P.S. We drove farther then I would want for Wings but they were very tasty so I was not too put out about it. We got the Buffalo, Parmesan Cheese Garlic, Original flavor(a nice mild spicy taste) and BBQ. It is easier to tell you what I was not partial to. I did not impressed with the Buffalo flavor. They were ok. The rest? VERY good! I am not a wing expert but these were really good wings that had least amount of fatty skin than most I have had. The Waffle Fries were also very good. They were not drowned in spice, which I appreciate. I like to spice my own fries if necessary at all. The interior was what you would expect from a Wing place. It is not upscale except in the taste of the food. The TV is huge that is on the wall but it was really loud, for my taste, playing football(my husband liked that. heh) TLDR: VERY tasty Wings! We love Owing Plus in our household! It has just the right amount of crunch and sauce! My husband and I come here often. It's always an easy take out dinner that is super close to our house. We even sometimes order in bulk for special occasions and parties. We've also brought these wings for Superbowl Sunday parties and they're always a hit!! We always get 15 wings to split between my husband and I. The wings are decently sized and with sides, it is plenty of food for us. My husband always gets Beast Mode. If you love spicy food, it's a must get. Sometimes my husband will even get it extra spicy if he's feeling adventurous or if he wants to torture friends. I usually get the Buffalo. It's doused in a great tangy buffalo sauce - and not terribly buttery like it is at other places. The wings also have a great garlicky flavor - must be in the breading or something! We also love the Thai Chili Lime and Teriyaki. The Thai Chili Lime is a great combination of garlicky sweetness with a slightly spicy kick! My kid loves to eat the fried mandu (pot stickers)! If you get it fried, it is fried all around - not just pan fried on the bottom. We also love their fries. It's a crinkle cut that is wonderfully seasoned. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. We also alternate between the fried okra and/or the onion rings as a second side - both are great! Not too much breading on either one. My son who is going through a picky eating phase even likes to eat the okra! If you haven't tried this place yet, I would totally recommend! I really wanted to like this place as I read the reviews were really good. I chose to different wings sauces the garlic part and their hottest one. As far as the wings go chicken wise they were good, but the thing that got me was the sauce glaze. Both of the sauces had a mayo base glaze. It was edible but weird the whole time. Last ordered Feb 21, 2024. I have to agree Owings Plus is now under different management. The wonderful Owing Thai Chili wings, our favorite, have been destroyed! These once culinary delights are now little more than an excessive glump of breading covered with a characterless sauce. Gone is that interesting tang. Gone is that remarkable counterpoint of sweetness. Once so appealing, in their current incarnation the Thai Chilis are now completely and blahfully unacceptable. Astonishingly, now you can even get better chicken wings at Schnucks' in-store hot table. Judging by customer feedback, the new owners will inevitably kill this operation rather quickly, and the now-discredited Owings will be replaced in the strip mall. As the Bible says, for every season there must be an ending. Even though the Good Book wasn't referring to chicken wings (or Korean sandwiches), the passage certainly applies here. Owings has been my family's go-to place for wings for decades. But that's about to change as a deepening flood of complaints swamps the blatant mismanagement of Owings' new owners. Overall, the food was a bit underwhelming, but it hit the spot. I definitely didn't walk away hungry. It ran me about $10-12 with a fountain drink. The girl behind the counter we really awesome.
