Cute little place with counter service. Used to be chinese restaurant. They offer wings fried fish chickennstrips fried rice etc. eclectic menu. You can get different flavors on the wings which is nice if you are ordering a larger amount. Tried the hot homey & hot. Hot was like buffalo wings with a bit more heat. Came in for key copies and employees were readily available at the kiosk. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Check out was quick and easy. Employees helped make checkout smooth. Today was my first time visiting and wont be my last. I got 10 wings and veggie fried rice for under 20.00. Customer service was on point, the girlies gave me recommendations on flavors. The wings are fried naked, im assuming that's standard since i wasn't asked. The veggie fried rice taste homemade, it taste just like the fried rice my granny use to make in her cast iron skillet. They have so many flavors! I split my wings between the Spicy BBQ and the Spicy Honey Mustard. The heat was just right, spicy (for fellow lovers of warmth), but well-paired with the smoky sweetness of BBQ sauce and honey. First plus- Went to touchdown wings on my lunch break (45'min) it's about a 5-10min drive from work. I was able to get my wings and fried rice in about 10-15 mins and made it back to work in time. 2nd plus- the food was a amazing I got a 6piece wing combo with the spicy garlic parm, it was spicy and has that garlic taste. One thing I really liked was they weren't skeet on the sauce my wings were covered and I had a lil extra in there. I got a medium order of fried rice and let me tell you it's HUGE. My guy went and got us lunch and when he brought it home my fish was over cooked and I couldn't eat and they a nerve to charge a extra charge when you use debit card the food tasted horrible. The menu online was different in person. The lady was very rude about simple questions on the menu at this point. A lot of these restaurants need to be closed down because they don't treat you correctly overcharge you and the food don't be right. I called this place during the week to set up an order to be picked up on a Sunday because I was having a shower. The girl told me it would be no big deal to make my 125 wing order on same day because it would only take 25 minutes to make. I called an hour and a half before the shower began to order the wings. I figured by the time I picked it up and brought it to the shower. I could put them in the oven just to keep them warm until it was time to eat. However, when I called them to make the order. The girl could not seem to add up 125 wings. I had to repeatedly give her my order. She finally got my order correct after many times of repeating it to her. She said they would be ready in 25 minutes. Great! When My Husband went to go pick it up 40 minutes later. They had not even started it. They claimed it was a big order and didn't want to make it until he got there. I understand the hesitation. However, they could've asked me to pay for it over the phone and I would've been glad to. She suggested that we could've made our order online. But did not offer that option on the phone. He waited another 25 minutes for them to make the order. I don't think I'll ever try to touchdown wings again. Because their employees obviously don't know how to communicate to the customer. I was so mad. He had the mother to be sitting in the car 25 minutes waiting for the wings to be done before bringing her to the shower. She was late to the shower because they didn't have the wings ready. We had our first time here a few days ago. The menu is vastly overwhelming so be sure to check it out before you think about ordering. When we were there they were busy and neither person at the counter heard me order my wife's wings as boneless. The staff was busy trying to help multiple customers at once and after a bit of complaining the issue was corrected. The wings were big and meaty and the hot sauce was very good. Next time we will probably get them to go. Also just a small issue, the Asian man who answers the phone is really loud. My husband and I were in St. Louis for a spur of the moment trip and decided to give Touchdown Wings a try. We got there about 30 minutes after they opened. There were two ladies at the counter, one was very nice, the other pretty standoffish. We explained this was our 1st time and asked for suggestions. My husband got the honey hot wings with the fried rice . i will say this, I am not a fan of anyone's fried rice, mainly because I am not a fan of peas, the young lady made sure to mention, the peas and carrots are pre-mixed so me not getting peas was not an option. I did taste my husband's entree and the rice ( i scooped the peas to the side) was DELICIOUS. I ordered the hot garlic lemon pepper ( i think that is what the flavor was) with fries. Wings were good, could have definitely been fried harder but still good. It was a bit hard to thoroughly enjoy out food due to the extreme coldness inside the building. Not sure what that was about. I went to wash my hands, turned the light on and the A/C came on, adding to the even more uncomfortable setting.
