It's crispy on the outside and super tender on the inside. Another dish that I love from here is the braised beef noodles soup. The broth was so flavorful and the meat was super soft. It's the best that I have had in the Stl area. Other dishes that I would recommend are the Hakka stir fried and the fish with black bean sauce but overall you can't really go wrong with anything.
