Being a Korean BBQ guru and experiencing the Korean bbq spots in the Philly area this spot was sub par and misses a lot of key items that other Korean BBQ places have as a standard. We met the owners tonight, husband and wife and they are the nicest people you'll ever meet. Food is great! I highly recommend the bulgogi and pork belly! Was planning to come here all week and ended up walking out. they sat us at some table facing the bathrooms and some wet floor signs. Asked 3 different times to move to another table but couldn't accommodate us. Been here 5 times before but not sure we would take the 45 minute drive again since they couldnt move us to another table when the restaurant was half empty. Not worth $150 to be uncomfortable and not be able to relax in some hard wooden chairs looking at a fire extinguisher and stacked wet floor signs. Usually sit in the other room that has more of a vibe than where they placed us. Probably go to the new K-Pot in KOP in the future now. read more

Horrible! Went to O2K--BBQ tonight.... Been to High Pot in Pottstown last month. Great time!! They are BYOB which I figured our new neighborhood Korean BBQ restaurant also would be. We're really excited for new local place and had friends meet us there. We brought wine and whiskey with us. The waiter informed us that there was a $30 CORKING FEE to drink our own wine! We asked for the manager. The manager said the same. We asked if they could waive this time and we would know for the future. They said no. They also told us that they would charge an additional $30 to drink our whiskey!!! We left and went to Osaka down the street. UNBELIEVABLE that they would do this to first time patrons! Decent. The options are limited, but I believe they will excel once they get more experience. Service is SUPERRRRER SLOW! It almost ruins the entire experience for me. Ambiance is amazing though. They are overly hands on and I believe that is the reason for slow service. I will give an updated review in a few months. read more

So glad this place opened up in Lionville! Now, we don't have to travel far for KBBQ! For those that don't know, KBBQ is a cook-your-own experience. This is a really great place to get your grill on! You can request assistance if you're a newbie. But if you have experience cooking, grilling, or simply enjoy the process, this is a great way to do so without having to mess up your kitchen/grill. It feels like you're cooking in your backyard with family and/or friends gathered around the grill. The food was really fresh and the marinated ones were really well done. The kalbi (boneless beef short rib) was a little bit on the tough side (delicious, but tough to chew). But everything else that we ordered was nice and tender. The all-you-can-eat options were plentiful, from different slices of beef to chicken and even squid. Plus many side dishes like gyoza (which looked like they were deep fried or air fried?) to steamed eggs, veggies, rice, etc. So, there are plenty of choices that should satisfy everyone. The dipping sauces were really delicious, although the banchan choices were limited. They had your standard kimchi as well as pickled radish and bean sprouts. This is my go to spot for K-BBQ now! Normally it was a hassle to go into Philly, but now there's someone for me to go with my friends on a whim! The wait staff and management were extremely attentive and friendly! It seemed like they truly cared about our experience, even though we showed up without a reservation. The owners did a really good job on converting the Red Robin that used to be here into a chique and moody environment, while still keeping the grill visible which was refreshing compared to some of the other place's I've been. Overall, it was a really great experience and I am looking forward for my next excuse for me to come back and stuff my face with the brisket! read more

The best dining experience in the greater Lionville/Downingtown area (spoiler... it's not even close too). Man did this area need something like this. The all-you-can-eat is a fantastic deal, and they offer such a unique experience compared to every other restaurant in the area. Went with a group of 5 friends on opening day (6/7) and we had the best time. We could have stayed all night grilling, chatting, and sipping soju. Flavor + quality of the food was on point. There wasn't a meat we ordered we did not love. Our server Matt was a great guy and very helpful all night. The other staff we met, Daniel and Leo, were awesome as well. Went here a while back when the first opened, and was curious coming in, knowing this would be a new experience. My expectations were met with great fresh meat and top of the line serving. The restaurant felt very modern/futuristic, the name tags on the servers were even enhanced with LED lights. Couldn't recommend this place enough to someone looking for a new experience. Overall was disappointing. Th Galbi was full of gristle and not thin with bone in like normal. Bulgogi was fatty - both heavily marinated. Chicken was nice. Sides were good as was the egg and salad.
