    Idiocracy N.

This dealership will be the biggest waste of your time. I wanted SO badly for this to work out- small town, deal locally.... Forget it. Let's start this off for ANYONE who is ordering a new vehicle. (Ordering) steer clear of this location for two reasons. First logistics. All vehicles are shipped by rail car into KENT Washington. Any dealer in KENT will have your vehicle ready for pickup the fastest in western Washington (period- just a matter of logistics.) Second, this dealer is going to feed you a line on how "sold orders take priority" and this is half true, until they hit KENT. Our vehicle sat in Kent for 3 weeks waiting on a truck... ok, ok, I get the logistics.... WHY were two other shipments received Here at the dealership with lot inventory vehicles before our truck??? - general managers response "well we ordered those months ahead of yours". Apparently he forgot he went on a rant to me a few weeks after we ordered our vehicle on how he was just notified of what vehicles they were getting for first quarter sales...... Gladiator is finally here!!! Dropped off at two Am with 2 other vehicles. So, being excited, I hit our sales lady up at 2pm asking if we could pick up by cob... (I mean come on- $70k purchase wouldn't you be excited!?!) - I get the response the service team has to charge the batteries for 24 hours??? and it has to be detailed before pickup... it will be ready by 4pm the following day. Ah! Ok, what's one more day? (Though super curious as to why new from the manufacture batteries have to be charged for 24 hours....) Finally the next day! Pickup time!!! the hood is scratched and found a heath bar wrapper in the vent.... Oh our dertailer wouldn't have done this- if you leave it we can make this right and pick it up tomorrow.... Frankly I should have been an adult and walked, but my child like patience said no!! It's fine.... Couple months later, windshield forms a crack- 2.5" from the bottom. Wow! No rock chip just cracks (sitting in a parking lot with the defroster going and hear it crack.... Crazyest thing I have ever heard and seen...) take it in, why?? Because when we made the $500 upgrade for a gorilla glass windshield we were told, almost unbreakable!!! Oh! And if it does crack it's under warranty for two years!!!!! Why else would we spend $500 to "upgrade" a windshield!?!?! Service manager states, it's a windshield, there is no warranty. If I put this in they will laugh it out and deny the claim. - if it will be laughed out? Why does Mopar have a two page warranty explanation for the upgraded gorilla glass??? So frustrated- called the dealer in mount vernon, there service team has a much better attitude. Totally called out that they have never filed a claim, but know it's possible since it's a paid upgrade with Corning (manufacturer of gorilla glass). Beyond frustrated with the entire process- start to finish. Save your self some time! Go off island! Make a Costco run out of it. - on a positive note!! The gentleman that runs parts sales! Great dude, super knowledgeable, and great customer service. By no means am I saying that the price tag when ordering items is fare or reasonable.... Because holy Moses it's pricey, but he has no bearing on the price of product! Also- take note this business will flag a 1 star review and report it to google. Also noted, some of the positive reviews are by current and former employees...

Ask for Jeff! I left Oak Harbor Motors a happy man when I bought my awesome '21 Rubicon. Not only did Jeff make the entire buying process seamless, but his customer care and service was superb. He was very informative, accommodating, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. In addition, the entire team at Oak Harbor Motors is very welcoming and friendly. They have all worked together to answer my questions, even after the buy, and I ask a lot of questions. I would definitely recommend buying your next car from them. Thank you Jeff, Emma, Andy, and the entire team at Oak Harbor Motors for all of your help! I trust you'll continue to serve our community as well as anyone who crosses your path.

BEWARE!!!! I have taken in my Dodge Ram for warranty work twice since I purchased it 4 months ago. The second time I brought it in something hit my passenger fender and put a DENT in my TRUCK!! There is even a smudge of blue paint where the dent is!! Then they decided to give me a "complimentary" truck wash (probably to try to get the blue paint off) without my permission. The idiot that washed my truck took the dirt from the bottom and SCRATCHED my ENTIRE TRUCK!!! My clear coat is completely ruined!! After speaking with the manager Jeff 4 times to try to resolve these issues he refuses to take any responsibility for the damage done to my truck while at Oak Harbor Motors. BAD BUSINESS in my opinion! DO NOT TRUST Oak Harbor Motors!!!!

They are readily available at most parts stores. They said they had it in stock and gave me a quote on two different quality levels. So I drove up there and they said that they show one but it must be in the totes delivered from their warehouse that they were too lazy to put away all day. The first guy that helped me was friendly and positive but an idiot. He then told me he was new. BUT he took the time to start looking through the totes for me enthusiastically before he realized there were too many to look through. The other two employees stood there in an empty store looking at me and the computer instead of helping their go worker. They asked me how far I would drive tonight to get one??? Omg. This was the laziest and worst prepared group of employees I've seen in a long time to be responsible for a major chain store of inventory. Do not rely on this Autozone! Worst customer service ever…read more Is this what I should expect being that I'm not an "islander"? I was visiting with my Mom, she had trouble getting her car started. So I called a local car parts store in Friday Harbor. They didn't have her battery, but they had said that they would install it in the parking lot if they did. I couldn't wait the extra 2 days for them to have it delivered. So I called NAPA. Chuck answered the phone. He informed me that they did have that battery in stock. I asked him if he could install it for me, he said it was unlikely because he was working there on a Saturday all by himself. Okay, this I can understand. BUT, when I got there, Chuck was one of the rudest people I've ever come across. I asked him if he had a couple wrenches I could borrow, seeing as how he couldn't be bothered (nobody else was in the store btw). He slammed the toolbox onto the counter and exclaimed "here". He would only let me take one wrench at a time out to my Mom's minivan. Finally, with the battery inside the store, he seemed too occupied to come advise me as to where to put it, so I set it down. Several minutes of him standing at the opposite end of the empty store, he finally paid us a visit. But he instructed me that I needed to lift the battery off of the floor and put it on the counter for him so that he could read the numbers. I complied. We got the new battery installed. After which, when I returned the wrench, I said "here ya go". He responded with "thank you Mr. Special". What a D*CK!! I wish I had waited the extra 2 days for the battery from their competitor. Grrrrrrr!! I would recommend to everyone, stay away from this store. Worst customer service experience EVER!!
